I have decided to leave the due date of your final paper drafts up to you; those of you that would prefer to hand in your papers before the Thanksgiving holiday and have the assignment done with for the break may do so, and those of you who feel that extra time to complete the paper would be beneficial to you may hand in your work the Monday you return from the break. However, NO FONAL DRAFTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29 WITHOUT SEVERE PENALTY TO YOUR GRADE! Please also remember that, along with your final draft, you should hand in your outline and all edited copies of your rough drafts as well as the peer editing worksheets your partners completed for you in class. Your final paper should be stapled separately from all other previous draft materials. All other materials should be stapled together and turned in at the same time as your rough draft.

Hi, everyone! Allyson let me know that there are some of you who feel that you would prefer to complete your final drafts of your papers over the Thanksgiving holiday rather than hand in the paper before the holiday and have minimal homework for the break. I've decided to the put the matter to a vote; would you rather have your paper due before the break and have only a minimal homework assignment for your vacation, or would you prefer to complete the assignment over the holiday? If you vote to complete the assignment over the holiday, you will still have your other hw assignment as well. Post your votes here by Thursday. Thursday evening I'll post my final decision.
