Unforgetable
Sometimes the first thing you see has the greatest impact and you don't even know it. So now I'm going to show you some pictures and I want you to think hard before not wearing your seatbelt.
The truck rolled four times at Seventy miles per hour. I was lucky to be able to hobble away from the truck after it stopped. I hurt my shoulder, badly bruised my leg and had thirteen (at last count) cuts in my head. There was a pole that went to my jack that, along with my seatbelt, saved my life. You can see it stabbed into the roof of the cab in one of the following pictures. I made a pretty red arrow so you can see it.

This happened on Memorial day of 2002. Since then, the wounds have healed and I can walk normaly, but sometimes I have nightmares that leave me freezing in 90 degree weather. I still feel weird on this day every year.
