The TPOH song "Killed By Love" was originally released as a non-LP single and video in 1987, the follow-up to the Toronto band's first indie single "I'm An Adult Now". Both songs were re-recorded for the band's platinum selling (in Canada) 1988 debut album Love Junk. Due to the re-record, there are two slightly different versions of the Intro to "Killed By Love". Both are tabbed here.

The single "Make My Life A Little Bit Brighter" gave the band Chester a Top 10 hit in Canada in the summer of 1973. Together for only seven months when the single hit, the band released a few other singles, but ultimately didn't remain together long enough to record a full length LP. Members of the band went on to work with such artists as Chris DeBurgh and Ken Tobias. In 2008, a compilation CD entitled Chester, Mancel, Argue Collection was released. The disc brought together singles by Chester, as well as solo career tracks from some of the band members.
"Shine" is one of the best-known singles from Hamilton band Junkhouse. It's their second highest charting single release, second only to "Be Someone" (1995). The song was one of two singles drawn from the band's third and final studio album, Fuzz (1997). It also appears on the 2002 best-of compilation Rounders: The Best Of Junkhouse.

From the 1982 album Racing Time.

A Top 5 hit in several countries (including #1 on Billboard), "Black Velvet" was one of four singles drawn from Alannah Myles' 1989 self-titled debut album. The album achieved Diamond sales status in Canada and went Platinum in the US.
