Short Results.Iguanoman: Hello everybody! Welcome to another exciting monster wrestling event: the return of WMW Thursday Thrash! Well, actually, the name doesn’t really fit anymore since these specials will air only sporadically and not necessarily on Thursday, but yeah whatever. Not only have I returned as a monster wrestling announcer, but we now have new shows ran by other announcers as well! Be sure to check them out sometime. Starting off today is a special match, the first in a series of what I like to call "Gojira Challenges". Everybody’s favorite kaiju has an impressive near-perfect record, one with no losses and only one tie, and now Gojira has decided to attempt ever-increasing challenges to push his limits even farther. For today’s starter match, we have a gauntlet match facing Gojira going against a dozen other monsters. To level the playing field just a tad, we’re going to up Gojira’s power level and turn him into Super Gojira. This should prove interesting.
Gojira Challange #1

VS

This match shall take place in a classic arena, a recreation of downtown Tokyo. Once our lovely new orbital platform has done it’s work and placed the fabricated buildings in, Gojira is warped to the middle. Picking up a nuclear energy capsule left in front of him, Gojira absorbs the radioactive substance into his form, lets loose a mighty roar, glows for a bit, and in a brilliant flash goes "super"! Now purple, beefed up, and decked-out with shoulder spikes, Gojira flexes his muscles and prepares for the onslaught he shall receive. His dozen opponents are on Monster Island, waiting to be beamed up when their random time comes.
First up is Zilla! As soon as the mutant iguana warps in, he runs behind a building as fast as he can. A good thing to do, because a thermonuclear beam of energy blasted the ground where he once was. Gojira runs toward where he thinks Zilla went, plowing through an apartment building as if it wasn’t there! Seeing a hole in the ground, he knows that the burrower has just tunneled under ground. Obviously peeved by the cowardly tactics, Gojira roars out the monster equivalent of an insult. He looks around to find Zilla, but only finds him as the agile lizard jumps over a building and slams shoulder-first into Gojira’s head! His face bleeding profusely from the back spike to the noggin, Gojira can barely see through the blood covering his eyes, which isn’t good when something is clawing at one’s stomach. A tail-whip to the back of the legs, and Super Gojira is down on his knees, perfectly set up for Zilla to jump on and clamp down on the back of his neck with his teeth! Zilla shakes his head back and forth, trying to tear Gojira’s head off, but the super monster flings an energy ball from his tail, colliding into Zilla and leaving a nasty wound. Roaring in pain from the attack, Zilla backs off but is grabbed by the arm and thrown about like a rag doll. One massive fling latter, and Zilla lands at the base of Tokyo Tower. Super Gojira, quite confident in his victory now, walks slowly up to Zilla. The mutant iguana, on the other hand, gets back up and shoots the tower with his own thermonuclear breath. Support beams melt, and combined with a premeditated weakening of the base as Zilla tunneled under it earlier, the whole structure falls down and crashes onto Gojira, pinning him under it’s weight! Zilla rears up and roars, thinking that was enough to defeat the mighty Super Gojira. It’s not. The remains of Tokyo Tower rear up with Gojira underneath, lifting the multi-ton hunk of metal with his super strength! One good throw latter and Zilla is smacked hard and buried himself. Not wasting the opportunity, Gojira sends out a thermonuclear beam and literally blasts Zilla into a million pieces.
Amazing how Zilla lasted longer with Super Gojira then normal Gojira. Anywho, next up is... Mothra! After teleporting into Tokyo she starts hitting Gojira with every beam she’s got! Blasted by energy at all points, Gojira looks to be feeling the pain, but seems to ignore it as his spines start to glow. Not fooling around, Gojira sends out a white dragon-headed beam from his gut, slamming hard into Mothra, who just barely got a shield up in time. The beam continues to flow into Mothra, pushing her back from the force, and it looks like her shield is starting to weaken! Exhausting everything she’s got, Mothra’s shield goes down and the beam collides with her arthropod form. One explosion latter, and Mothra is out. Gee, I though she’d last longer than that.
Rodan bravely enters the field! He flies around at high speeds, dodging every blast or energy ball sent towards him, and cruises in low to use buildings as cover as he gets in close. Slamming into Gojira, he starts with the pecking, and actually jabs into Gojira’s eye! Most monsters would be withering in pain at this point, but Gojira is right on the counteract with a massive punch, knocking Rodan careening backwards and bouncing off a skyscraper! Gojira jumps up, ready to stomp Rodan flat, but the pteranodon rolls out of the way. Getting back to the air, Rodan quickly grabs onto Super Gojira’s shoulders with his talons and manages to lift Gojira into the air! Rodan gets to a decent height and drops Gojira, who obliterates a building as he plows vertically all the way through it! Rodan circles around, waiting for Gojira’s inevitable return, which happens when Gojira bursts out of the rubble fist-first and knocks Rodan out of the air! Having failed to dodge that critical attack, Rodan is helpless as the super monster snaps his frail form like a twig.
Now teloporting into what’s left of Tokyo is Hedorah! The sludge monster warbles a bit before sending out an eye ray and some sludge balls. They collide with Gojira, burning him all over, but the super monster scoffs at the attack and blasts Hedorah with his thermonuclear beam. Dehydrated by the heat, Hedorah crumbles away to dust. Next victim is Kamacuras. The giant mantis flies strait into Gojira, and merely bounces off of him like a brick wall. He flies off, trying to hide with his camouflage ability, but Gojira just kind of stands there and waits. Before long, Kamacuras decides to attack again, but is snatched out of the air and has his head bit off. Kumonga is next, but the giant spider just stands there, somehow knowing that he stands no chance. One blast of nuclear energy latter, and he likewise is out of the fight. Manda teleports in, and runs/slithers up to Gojira and wraps around him, biting him in the face with her teeth. Having alright healed the damage to his eye and forehead earlier, Gojira seems well aware that ignoring the pain is the way to go. Grabbing onto Manda with his hand and wrenching on her neck with his powerful arms, Gojira snaps Manda’s neck.
King Caesar teleports to the arena! He roars a bit, flips his ears up, and charges strait at the super monster! Gojira pulls his arm back, charges energy into it, and goes flying strait forwards fist-first! The two collide in the center, but the greater bulk of Gojira wins out and sends Caesar backwards into Tokyo bay. Annoyed by the wet fur, King Caesar growls at his nuclear foe, and starts to walk out of the water. With amazing speed Gojira charges forward and slams into Caesar, supplemented by bursts of energy exploding around his form! Now madder then every, Caesar gets right back up and starts to kick Gojira from all sides. Caesar then grabs onto Gojira’s tail and whips the massive kaiju sideways, slamming him through some docks. Caesar then grabs an oil tanker and lifts it over his head, ready to slam it into the downed super monster, but an energy ball is lobbed from Gojira’s tail and blows up the oil tanker! Now on fire, Caesar dives into the water, but a blast of thermonuclear energy directed at the water around him boils the poor kaiju alive.
Now in the watery environment he enjoys, Ebirah comes to the battle splashing around and knocking tsunamis into Gojira! Gojira takes a few steps backwards to get on dry land, leaps forward, and slams into Ebirah from a distance! With lightning speed, he rips Ebirah’s claws off and jams them through the lobster’s thorax! Ebirah screeches in pain a bit before organ failure brings him to death. Gigan enters the fray, with duel-chainsaws ready to go and a screech of challenge emitting from his mandible beak! Gojira sees the cyborg, and roars a challenge of his own as he leaps out of the water and lands next to Gigan. Running up to the super monster, Gigan puts Gojira in a painful bear-hug, with buzzsaws running and splattering blood high into the air! A lesser kaiju would have passed out from the pain already, but Gojira instead appears to be charging up his first. With one mighty super-charged punch, Gojira shatters Gigan’s head, sending chunks of skull and brain splattering everywhere.
Despite the massive blood loss, Gojira seems to be healing back up to full health just fine. He’s going to need it too, because Anguirus is his next opponent. Despite being good friends, Anguirus looks ready to get their brawl started as he curls up into a ball and rolls into Gojira, knocking the super monster backwards and crushing the capital building beneath his weight! Gojira gets right back up, but before he can attack the spiny kaiju is already on him and biting his hand! A few back-thrusts to the face, a tail-whip to the side, and some paw-slamming to the gut and Anguirus is showing what a scrapper he is! Still, it’s no match for the might of Super Gojira, as a massive "navel beam" just erupted through Anguirus! The fire monster roars in pain before it is silenced with Anguirus’s passing away.
Last but certainly not least is Kaiser Ghidorah! As the massive golden three-headed dragon appears before him, Super Gojira roars out his usual issue of challenge before sending out a thermonuclear beam! The beam collides with Ghidorah, but the space kaiju apparently remembered he could absorb energy with a shield and send it back as a huge energy ball! The blast rocks Gojira’s frame and sends him careening towards the business district, leaving a huge scar in the ground remembering his path! Super Gojira gets back up, appearing very injured at having his own attack sent back at him. What’s this, he appears to be transforming back into regular Gojira? The energy boost must have worn off! Despite looking like his old self again, Gojira looks forwards and roars at Ghidorah, ready to take on his greatest foe, super or not. Ghidorah roars in reply before taking to the air, raining down gravity beams as he closes the distance! As Ghidorah gets near, Gojira leaps up into the air and grabs onto the golden dragon, hanging on by one head with his claws and biting another! The third head grabs Gojira in the neck, trying to get him off, and eventually it works as Gojira lets go and lands on the top of a tall building. Landing on the rooftop of a building across from him, Ghidorah gives his distinctive cackle before shooting more beams at Gojira, who responds with beams of his own! The beam war continues for a while, with both sides getting hammered by the energy blasts, but Ghidorah does the smart thing by pulling with his gravity rays and ripping Gojira off of his building, causing him to fall to the pavement below! He tries to get back up in time, but before he can Ghidorah has already jumped on top of him, drilling his head further into the artificial turf! Lifting with his three heads, Ghidorah holds Gojira in the air as he drains the energy from him! His arms are hanging limp at his sides, and it looks the big G is in trouble again! Or... perhaps not. Summoning all that he can before drainage, Gojira flips his arm up and pokes the middle head in the eyes with his fingers! As the head roars in optical pain, Gojira seizes the moment and knocks the other two heads off of him! Sidestepping around the huge form of the Ghidorah, he grabs onto the gold dragon’s tails and pulls up, lifting Ghidorah into the air before slamming him down! He does this a couple more times before going over to grab the heads, swinging Ghidorah’s huge form over his shoulder and smashing through a the glass and steal of a skyscraper! Ghidorah bursts out of the rubble and tries to fly away to regroup, but a thermonuclear blast sends him back down! Now with some holes pocked in his wings, Ghidorah is looking a little worst for wear, and having a rather large kaiju jump on your back doesn’t help. Punching the heads around, stomping on the necks, jumping up and down on his back, Gojira is doing all that he can to systematically beat Ghidorah down! Finally he decides to end the brutality by grabbing onto Ghidorah, pulling him close, and charging up nuclear energy. One massive thermonuclear pulse latter and Ghidorah is nothing more then a smear on the ground!
Iguanoman: Well, it appears that Gojira has done it again! Even with twelve monsters going against him, he has proven that he is the true King of the Monsters and defeated them all! As if there was any doubt. Moving on to the "belt" portion of the show, we have Varan and Baragon finally defending their belts again, this time with the reformed tag-team of Gigan and Ghidorah. The former champs have been healed from the previous bout (yeah, we’re that fast), and now want their belt back. They are doing so under a new name, "The Xillian Insurrection", called that from their recent service under that particular alien race. The so-called "Underdogs", representatives of the "Fire Monsters", have held their belts for quite a while, but now it’s time again to live up to their name.
WMW Tag Team Belts

VS

Varan and Baragon Kaiser Ghidorah and Gigan
For this match we’ve decided that, for no good reason, to use the Beta 19 to recreate a section of Antarctica. Snow-covered mountains, large glaciers, and freezing cold waters loaded with icebergs are some of the many features in this frigid environment. Being as large as they are, the monsters don’t tend to notice the cold very much, and they are immediately on the attack as they warp into the arena. Gigan and Ghidorah send out their respective rays, but the agile fire monsters dodge their attacks and charge strait at them! Baragon shows his legendary jumping skills and plows into Gigan, knocking the cyborg over before repeatedly clonking him in the head! Varan glides up and smacks Ghidorah’s heads as he flies through him before turning around and flipping onto the golden dragon’s back, digging his spikes into Ghidorah’s scaly hide! As the agile Varan is running circles around Ghidorah and laying in repeated attacks, Gigan brings his chainsaw arm up and threatens to slice Baragon’s head off before the kaiju decides it’s best to back away. For this match Gigan has the hybrid arrangement, with a duel chainsaw for one arm and a hook claw for the other, which he uses to take a swipe at Baragon. The agile monster ducks under it and knock’s Gigan’s legs out from under him! Baragon opens his mouth and rains down an assault of electrical blasts, zapping Gigan from all over! While the cyborg is having trouble, Ghidorah finally manages to grab Varan out of the air and chucks him across the ice sheet! Varan flips right back up, but is blasted by multiple gravity rays as Ghidorah flies to his position! Varan tries his best to dodge, but is having a tough time with the chaotic beams. Meanwhile Baragon has pinned the electrocuted Gigan! 1... 2... and Ghidorah blasts Baragon off of his tag team partner with a gravity ray from one of his heads! Baragon roars in anger as his chance for eliminating his opponent is shot down, and jumps towards Ghidorah’s position. With three heads and all, Ghidorah doesn’t have much trouble taking on two opponents at once, and he manages to grab both with his gravity rays and uses them to lift them in the air and smack the two together! Gigan is back up and runs on over to Baragon, ready to take his revenge, but the fire monster is right back up and blasts Gigan with his thermonuclear beam! Varan has ran to the end of the ice sheet and jumps off the frozen cliff. Ghidorah flies over to follow him, but Varan has hung onto the side of the cliff, and when he sees Ghidorah pass over him he jumps up and grabs on, causing both to plunge into the cold water below them.
Due to technical limitations, the ocean is fairly shallow, but it’s enough for the two to swim around in completely submerged. Ghidorah aint the best swimmer around, so appears to be loosing the battle as the aquatically agile Varan continues to dodge attacks and lay in his own. Meanwhile Baragon’s assault on Gigan continues with devastating kicks and horn-gashing, and manages to cause Gigan to backpedal to the side of a mountain. Using his heat beam, Baragon melts the ice and snow of the mountain above them, causing an avalanche to bury the cyborg as he jumps away. As the flurry of snow settles, Baragon waits for Gigan to emerge so that he can strike again, but Gigan does the smart move by quickly popping his head out of the snow and blasts Baragon with his cluster laser. Reeling from the attack, Baragon doesn’t get away in time as Gigan bursts out of the snowbank at high speeds with his jet propulsion and slashes Baragon’s shoulder as he passes by, drawing blood! Meanwhile the fight between Varan and Ghidorah takes an interesting turn as Varan hops from iceberg to iceberg, chucking chunks of ice at Ghidorah as he tries to fly out of the water. Eventually Ghidorah manages to burst forth from the frigid waters at high speeds, flying high into the air before flipping backwards to dive-bomb Varan and rain down gravity rays! Not wanting to stick around on the precarious terrain, Varan glides up to the main ice sheet and lands across from the battling Baragon and Gigan. Ghidorah cruises in low and lands on the glacier, but instead of stopping he skids across the ice by his feet and slides strait at Varan! Distracted by watching his ally fight his other opponent, Varan is smacked hard in the back by Ghidorah’s body slam and goes careening forward to slide across the ice himself on his stomach and collides with Baragon. Using his gravity rays to lift Baragon, Ghidorah throws the fire monster at a waiting Gigan, who slashes Baragon’s neck in mid-air with his duel-chainsaw arm, decapitating the kaiju. Varan gets up and tries to glide away, but Gigan sent his grappling cables out and pulled Varan out of the air to slam into the ice headfirst! Now blasted by gravity rays and cluster lasers, it isn’t long before Varan succumbs to his wounds and dies from the trauma.
Iguanoman: Well guess what? We have new tag-team champions! Well actually they were champions before, but still, they won and now they hold the belts! With their long experience and newfound powers, I have a feeling they will be holding these belts for a long time to come. Next up we have Gorgo defending her United States Belt against the winners of the "Great American Bug War", the Giant Spider Squad. The group of eight-legged freaks made an impressive debut at the last Thursday Thrash, and so they now have a chance to earn some more recognition.
WMW American Monster Belt

VS
Gorgo Giant Spider Squad
For this match we’ve loaded up a compressed version of Washington D.C., complete with all the landmarks and such. What better place to have the U.S. Belt match? Gorgo is warped to the front lawn of the White House, holding what has got to be the world’s largest space titanium ladder. This ain’t a ladder match, but she insisted on bringing her favorite wrestling weapon. All six spiders are warped across the street from her, and look ready to get this match going! As soon as the bell rings, all the spiders scatter in various directions, and the jumping spider does his classic "Arac Attack" by jumping through the air at Gorgo! One good whack with the ladder, and the poor spider goes careening through the air before splatting up against the Washington Monument. As the green blood trips down the building, the orb weaver crawls up onto Gorgo’s back, the spitter starts shooting out poisonous webbing, and the tarantula is chucking sharp hairs at her. The orb weaver is now on her head, trying to wrap it up with his webbing, but Gorgo smacks herself in the noggin with her ladder to "splat" the spider, apparently unharmed by her own attack. The spitter keeps on spitting, trying to slow down Gorgo’s assault with his sticky webbing, but after getting a ladder thrown at him he no longer can spit. Gorgo roars and charges the tarantula, probably the only one she sees as a threat, but the big spider runs away. Gorgo follows, but the trapdoor spider happened to make a burrow right in her path. Popping out of his hole, the spider grabs onto Gorgo’s foot and tries to drag her down, but all Gorgo does is bend down to pick up the spider and crushes it in her hand. Gorgo continues forward, trying to find the tarantula among all the buildings. She wanders around for a while, but one wrong turn places her right into the web of the black widow. Stretched between the Lincoln Memorial and another building, the web traps Gorgo with it’s strong sticky strands and as much as she struggles, Gorgo can’t get free! The black widow slowly crawls towards her before trying to inject her with her venom, but appears to be having a hard time getting through Gorgo’s tough hide. Pulling with all her might, trying to get away from the deadly spider as fast as possible, Gorgo seems unable to break the extremely tough webbing. Finally the strain on the buildings causes them to break apart, allowing Gorgo to get free so that she can grab the black widow off of her and crush it in her teeth. Now all that’s left is the tarantula, who after seeing Gorgo get loose crawls at high speed right at her! Smacked with sharp-haired legs and stabbed with pointy fangs, a less armored monster would be in trouble, but Gorgo shrugs off the attacks and shoves the spider backward. Now wrestling around, the two make their way to the river, allowing Gorgo to wrench the spider sideways to slam him into a bridge. Gorgo picks the spider back up out of the water, and starts to pull his legs off one by one! Now an octuple amputee, the poor tarantula cannot move and so drowns in the river, ending the match and thereby allowing Gorgo to retain her title. Well I guess that... wait... Gorgo hasn’t warped out. She appears to be saying something.
Gorgo: Is that it? Is that the best you guys can send at me? A bunch of pathetic spiders? You bloody well better give me a better challenge next time because I am sick and tired of fighting these sorry excuses for monsters!
Iguanoman: What the? Battra has just teleported into the area! He’s on top of the Jefferson Memorial, full size, and appears to be talking as well!
Battra: I knew you would say that! Ever since you came to WMW you’ve been complaining to me about how you never get a good challenge and how everybody else is below you and how you rather fight stronger opponents and stuff! Well I’m sick of it as well! You want a challenge? Then I’ll comply! It took a lot of effort to find your next opponent, had to search quite a ways to find her and in fact, it appears that nothing on Earth would be enough, so I went beyond it!
Iguanoman: It appears that another monster is warping in. What the heck is that thing?! It’s like some kind of extremely ugly buzzard or something perched on top of the Washington Monument! That has got to be the silliest looking bird I have ever seen, but if Battra says it’s powerful I guess it’s better then it looks.

Battra: Say hello to your next opponent, La Canyana... the Giant Claw! This thing has an antimatter shield surrounding it or something, meaning absolutely nothing can harm The Claw! She is completely invincible! I hope you two can have fun next week, or next month, or next year or whenever, cause the U.S. Belt is on the line and you have a match!
Gorgo: Ha! You really thing this stupid looking bird can beat me?! Fine, it’s a deal!
The Claw: Braaa-Braa-Braaaak! Braaaak-braak-brock!
Gorgo: Hey, you leave my mum out of this! Now I... uh... don’t feel good. I think I’ll go... lay down.
Iguanoman: And with that Gorgo passes out and falls down on her face. I guess that black widow actually did get some venom in. Oh well, they are teleported out and the environment for the next match is being set up. Now I guess Battra has booked another match using a monster he found; that bug doesn’t seem to know when to stop. Actually I see here that The Claw is booked for another match as well, but I think this was the first one. Anyways, next we have the Japan Belt match between Anguirus and Gezora. Anguirus has been a bit of a fan favorite here at WMW, and has kept that popularity by keeping his belt for quite some time. Gezora is a bit of a new arrival, and what better chance for the new guy then a chance to get a belt for himself (although I’m not sure how the cuttlefish can wear it).
WMW Japanese Kaiju Belt

VS
Anguirus Gezora
A classic battleground Mt. Fuji is, with it’s distinctive look, plenty of open space to fight, and a great symbol for the country of Japan. The two combatants are teleported to the foot of the mountain, and are ready to go. Anguirus starts the match by charging at Gezora, roaring his challenge all the way. The giant cuttlefish meets the charge with his tentacles, grabbing the fire monster in mid-stride and lifting him up in the air. Anguirus grunts in surprise as he carried around by the mollusk before being slammed hard into the dirt. Anguirus scrambles to get back up, but is smacked repeatedly across the face with multiple tentacles! The kaiju manages to grab onto one of them and starts to jerk his head around to try to do damage, but after a while he spits the tentacle out. Looks like Gezora’s abnormally low body temperature has made Anguirus’s mouth numb from the cold. Before the fire monster can assess the situation, the cuttlefish is starting to slap him around with his tentacles, repeatedly trying to bash the fire monster into the ground! Anguirus has other plans besides being beaten, so flips his tail around and knocks into the tentacles holding Gezora up, causing his whole wobbly mass to fall down! Anguirus decides to give Gezora a taste of his own medicine by repeatedly bashing him with his tail! The cephalopod decides it’s best not to lay there, so grabs onto Anguirus’s tail and whips him around to obliterate the forest next to him! Gezora is now "standing" again, but so is Anguirus who is now running headfirst into Gezora to slam into him with the horn on his snout! Anguirus tries to smack Gezora around with his paws, but the cuttlefish latches onto his arms, grabbing him again and bringing him in close to let his freezing cold body sap the heat out of Anguirus! Anguirus struggles to get free before frostbite sets in, and manages to slip out when one of his back spikes tears into one of Gezora’s tentacles! Now trying to get away so that he may warm up, Anguirus starts digging in the dirt and appears to be trying to tunnel through the ground. Gezora goes up to stop him, but is met by a stream of dirt to the face (wait, is "face’ an appropriate term?). Gezora looks around perplexed, wondering what to do now that his enemy has went underground, but his confusing time ends when he spots Anguirus halfway up Mt. Fuji roaring at the cuttlefish. Gezora waddles over towards Anguirus, but the kaiju has curled up into a ball and is rolling down the hill. With a massive "smack" Gezora goes careening through the air after Anguirus has slammed his heavy body into him! Gezora rolls around and plows over some trees before stopping near a lake.
Seeing the body of fresh water, Gezora looks like he managed to get an idea and dips his tentacles into the water. His cold body temperature freezes the lake water, covering his tentacles in a layer of ice. Anguirus is charging towards Gezora, but when he gets near he’s met with an icy bash upside the head! Using one of his icicle-like appendages, Gezora stabs Anguirus in the shoulder with the sharp point! Anguirus roars in anger as blood is drawn, but doesn’t get much of a chance as his eight-limbed opponent bashes him over and over again, shattering pieces of ice everywhere as the blunt trauma continues. Now spinning around like a top, Gezora repeatedly smacks Anguirus over and over again like some kind of deranged ceiling fan! With most of the ice chunks gone, the pain is subsiding a little, but Anguirus is still receiving quite the beating. Finally the fire monster collapses, and Gezora crawls onto him and appears to be pinning him! 1... 2... and Anguirus manages to get his shoulder up in time! Now quite mad, Gezora displays another one of his attacks by biting Anguirus in the hand with the sharp beak under all those tentacles! Anguirus roars in pain as Gezora proves his body is not all soft, but then returns the favor by biting one of Gezora’s tentacles. Neither combatant looks willing to stop biting, but Anguirus has to when he actually rips the tentacle off! Gezora tries to back off before his other tentacles meet the same fate, but Anguirus appears to be faster then the "cuttlefish out of water". Leaping onto Gezora, Anguirus clamps down on one of Gezora’s large eyes with his teeth! I don’t care what phylum you’re from, that has got to hurt! Anguirus has latched on and doesn’t appear to ever want to let go, even with the frostbite slowly creeping into his body! Not wanting to take the pain anymore (and I know I wouldn’t), Gezora decides to tap out. So the winner then, by submission, and still the Japan Champion, is Anguirus!
Iguanoman: Well there you have it, the feisty kaiju has beaten the super-chilled cephalopod and retained his belt! After that little match, we have the final event for this evening, the World Title Belt match between the over-powered monster known as Bagan and our newly signed-in contestant from the Land of Light, Ultraman Narashi! Not only does Ultraman want to fight Bagan in his mission of threat assessment, but he figured he might as well win a title belt while he’s at it. For this match, being the World Belt and all, we’ve decided to load up the classic battleground of "Fight Island". I am told that everything is ready to go, so the question is... are you ready? For the few in attendance and the thousands watching at home... ladies, gentleman, and kaiju fans, LET’S GET READY TO CRUMBLE!!!
Main Event
WMW World Belt

VS
Bagan Ultraman
As the bell rings Ultraman places his arms in a cross-position, looking like he’s readying a beam to destroy Bagan in one hit. The massive super monster doesn’t give him a chance, charging at Ultraman with blinding speed and slamming into him hard, sending the ultra warrior skidding backwards and plowing head-first through a few brick buildings! Already woozy from the first attack, Ultraman doesn’t get up before Bagan is already on him again. Picking up Ultraman by the leg with one hand, Bagan whips him around and slams the ultra warrior into the ground over and over again! With one mighty fling, Bagan sends Ultraman on an uncontrolled ride through the air, and makes his trip even worse by sending out a white-hot plasma beam, slamming into Ultraman hard and sending him plowing through a skyscraper! Bagan sends some energy stars through the Ultraman-shaped hole in the building, blasting the area and causing a huge explosion to erupt! Bagan looks to the "sky" and roars in victory, confident that he has won this match already! Walking towards the pile of rubble that was once massive steel and glass structures, Bagan seems to want to take a look at his handiwork. Suddenly the pile of rubble explodes outwards, and in it’s place is Ultraman, alive and well! He has grown himself to over 200 meters in height, nearly four times the size of Bagan (thanks to standardization)! Bagan looks on in shock as the huge form of Ultraman reaches down and picks Bagan up! With a powerful throw downwards, Ultraman crashes Bagan into the dome above and letting him fall to the ground before picking him back up to do it again! After bouncing him off the pavement like some kind of kaiju basketball, Ultraman grabs Bagan’s horn with his enlarged hand, lifts him up by it, and slams his knee into the kaiju’s face repeatedly! Now with Bagan’s face all bruised and bloodied, Ultraman quickly slings Bagan strait through "Ouch Tower" and off into the distance! Shrinking down to his normal size to conserve energy, and places his hands on his hips, looking confident himself that he has won the match.
Off in the direction that Bagan was thrown, a skyscraper collapses into rubble, followed by the one in front of it and the one in front of that. Charging forth and not caring what is in his way is Bagan, running at high speeds and roaring in anger! Ultraman barely gets out of the way in time, but Bagan spins around in mid-stride, now sliding backwards from the momentum and facing Ultraman to send out another plasma beam! Ultraman barely gets up a shield in time to deflect the blast, but after plowing through a few more buildings Bagan runs right towards Ultraman again! The melee battle begins with Bagan taking swipes with his sharp claws, followed by sidekicks and powerful punches from Ultraman! One good swipe from Bagan sends Ultraman reeling, setting him up for a body slam that bounces him backwards to smack off of a brick building! Ultraman tries to get up, but is kicked in the head, followed by downward blows from Bagan’s mighty fists! The super monster looks to be readying up another plasma beam, but after blasting a huge crater in the ground he notices that his opponent was not there when the blast hit! Bagan looks around to try to find him, but is smacked across the face by an unseen force! Bagan starts to growl in anger before seeing what hit him: a shrunk Ultraman, now in human size but still very "ultra"! Ultraman flies up and punches Bagan upside the chin with a powerful uppercut, and then flies circles around Bagan sending out a beam to create a bloody gash across him! Bagan takes a few swipes at his now small foe, but the agile Ultraman dodges them, until one good hit sends the shrunk warrior careening backwards through a building! Bagan runs up to the building to obliterate the structure, but sees that Ultraman has escaped and is now running down the street! Sending out yet another plasma beam, Bagan tries his best to hit his small opponent, but succeeds only in destroying another chunk of the city! Now looking madder then ever, Bagan roars out and starts smashing buildings to release his anger! Ultraman does return to Bagan, still small and at high speeds to literally shoot strait through Bagan! The super monster looks down at the new hole in his body, catching a glimpse of Ultraman plow through again from behind! As Ultraman is making swiss cheese out of the kaiju, it appears that Bagan is foaming at the mouth, with sparks of energy discharging along his form. Releasing a pulse of energy, Bagan succeeds in not only creating a nice burnt-out crater around him, but also knocking Ultraman out of the air! The ultra warrior crashes to the ground hard, grunting in pain from the forces exerted on his back! Bagan goes over to step on Ultraman, but the warrior of light grows back to his normal size and grabs the offending foot before it would have crushed him flat! Ultraman then sends out a forehead beam to blast a sizeable chunk out of Bagan, causing him to fall backwards from the force! Ultraman warily gets back up and faces off with Bagan again, who is likewise on his feet and roaring a challenge to the ultra warrior. The stand off doesn’t last long, as Ultraman appears to be charging an energy discuss in his arm, but as he throws it the cutting blade at Bagan, the super monster ducks under it and charges forward! Gripping Ultraman’s neck with his powerful hand, Bagan turns around and places Ultraman in the path of the energy disk! Due to his control over it, Ultraman gets it out of the way in time and lets it careen off into the distance, cutting a few holes into what few buildings are still standing. Now holding Ultraman up by the neck, Bagan makes the situation even more painful to his opponent by discharging electricity down his arm and across the Ultraman’s body! This is one of the classic bad positions for an ultra warrior to be in, considering they have to use every photon of light in them just to keep their neck from being crushed! Normally one of their human friends would blast the kaiju with a ray gun or something at this point, but that isn’t going to happen this time. As if realizing the logic that I just mentioned, Ultraman does the only thing he can do and taps out, giving the win to Bagan! As if not caring that he won, Bagan continues to grip on Ultraman’s neck even tighter, looking to bring this fight to a deadly finish! Ultraman taps out again but Bagan isn’t going to stop until Ultraman is killed! Luckily our technicians were able to teleport the two out in time!
Iguanoman: Yeesh, that Bagan is one unstoppable killing force! Even Ultraman wasn’t able to defeat him! Now I really don’t know who to send after him next, because I have a feeling Bagan will never loose the World Belt.
Battra: What about Megaguirus?!
Iguanoman: Great, Battra’s back, just what I didn’t need. I take it you don’t like Megaguirus much?
Battra: Of course not! Stupid dragonfly is stealing my thunder!
Iguanoman: All right, fine. But King Kong was on the top of the list so let’s make it a triangle match with him in it as well. So that would be next time on WMW Thursday Thrash, whenever that’ll be. Now first we have to end this show, so for everyone here at WMW, good bye and good night!
