POST TREATMENT:
DEIONIZATION TANKS

      * The primary (worker) DI Tank water quality is monitored using a DI light. There are two types
currently in use: the On/Off and the Red/Green. IT IS CRITICAL YOU KNOW WHICH TYPE
OF LIGHT IS BEING USED IN YOUR CLINIC!

      * When the water quality of the primary DI Tank drops below a measurement of 1 megohm, the
On/Off light will turn OFF. In the case of the Red/Green light, the light will turn Red. When this
occurs the primary DI Tank needs to be changed out at the end of the day when all the patients
         are off their machines.

      * When exchanging DI Tanks, the secondary (backup) tank becomes the new primary (worker)
tank and a new tank is brought in to be used as the secondary (backup) tank. Remember, both
DI Tanks must then be flushed to drain for at least 10 minutes.
