Mom's been introducing me to some new foods lately. So far, I've tried rice cereal, carrots, yams, squash, oatmeal, apples, pears, bananas, peas, & green beans. I love all the vegetables, but I'm not too crazy about the friuts, especially the bananas.

Mom & Dad finally understand the agony I've been going through, now that they can see my two bottom-front teeth coming through. Mom tried to get a picture, but I didn't really feel like cooperating.

Mom and Great Grandpa Joe took me to visit my Great-Great Aunt Madalyn for the first time.



While we were there, my Great-Great Aunt Janice and my Great-Great Uncle Alvro met us there and we played the marble game.

Dad took last Wednesday off to celebrate his birthday with Mom and me. Then today we celebrated by going to the park and exploring together.

Mmmmm.......
Today Mom made me some carrots. I tried them for the first time at lunch and loved them! Mom complained that it was a lot of work, but she'll get the hang of it. =)

We chilled out on some blankets in the living room while sipping some Chrystal Geyser.

Happy Birthday, Avo!
Today is my Great Great Grandpa's birthday! (I call him Avo beacause it means "grandpa" in Portuguese.) He is my mom's, mom's, mom's dad (phew!). All the old people really liked me. I didn't even have to do anything!

Baby Buddies
Each Thursday Mom and I get together with some mom friends and their babies, who are all within a few months of my age. Today we met at our house.

My Trip to Arizona
We're off to Arizona for a visit with family, a wedding, and for dad to do some work stuff.

Here I am on my very first airplane ride ever! I just sat on mom's lap most the time and even napped a little. Mom and Dad were nervous, but they said I did really well.















Here I am with my cousin, Ryan, who is about a month and a half older than me. Aunt Ursula and Uncle Chris laughed at how big I am in comparison to Ryan!






























I also got to meet my Great Uncle Louie & Great Aunt Dee.















Mom & I went to the mall while dad did work stuff. I loved watching the puppies play in the pet shop window!

After some time in the Phoenix area, we drove down to the southern part of Arizona for Uncle Bob & Aunt Denise's wedding.

Later during our trip, we drove to the city of Tombstone and watched a live reinactment of the famous gunfight at the OK Corral. Besides the blank gunfire startling me, it was pretty cool.












































































































































I caught the flu towards the end of our trip. Mom & Dad were very worried, but they took good care of me. I was better within a few days and was happy to be home again.

I've been throroghly enjoying all my Christmas presents! Here I am in my brand-spankin'-new exersaucer! The purple flower fits so perfectly in my mouth, it's as if it were made for me!
