Walnut Cranberry Bread
Peter Reinhart has a recipe for Walnut Cranberry bread but
since I am not a fan of enriched bread, I decided to do a different version
without any of the fat, milk or sugar. The loaves were a little dense for my
liking although the flavor and texture was acceptable.

The loaves turned out really dark because of the sugar
