Welcome to Sternwheeler Village. We have many townhouse units to rent out. All of these are 3 bedroom,3 floor with the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor, kitchen and living room on the main floor and an open concept basement in most. Some basements have been developed but this is done at the tenants expense as each tenant needs different things. The yards are fenced in some have trees in them others are just grass. Management takes care of lawns in the front yards all summer. Lawn care in the back yards is the responsibility of the tenant as is the snow removal in the winter.
Management is on site for any emergencies or concerns that may arise. This is a family oriented complex with 50 units in total and a park on site. We have a storage compound for recreational vehicles as well. Each unit is allocated 2 parking spaces and there is guest parking at the rear of the
complex. The units rent out for $850.00 per month plus electric. These are heated through electric baseboard heaters and they include Fridge and Stove. Water, sewer, and garbage are also included. The disposal of garbage is in the designated garbage bins. You will need to supply your own washer and dryer.

The last 2 days of the month and the first 2 days of the month we are open from 9 am to 9 pm. Any other times call for an appointment as we are busy with the units.
