Signature Inc specializes in the branding and distribution of various main stream apparels including RocaWear, Charlotte Russe, Indigo, Shady LTD and consumer products through third party licensees. Currently, we maintain licenses with more than 60 licensees worldwide that provide products for sale at retailers, including Wal-Mart, Dr-Jays, Macy's, AAFES (Army Air Force Exchange Service), Target and Steve & Barry’s University Sportswear.

Our strategy is to capitalize on the significant operating leverage of our business model through the distribution of this intellectual property across existing media platforms, as well as new and emerging distribution platforms.

We are working to expand the mainstream potential of the Signature Incorporated brand in domestic and international markets, fully develop our Internet presence as an entertainment and advertising platform.
