your SCMHA registration fees!

The last SCMHA Registration will take place
~ September 10th & 11th, 2009 from 6:00 - 8:30
at the Sherose Island Rec Centre.

Female Hockey registration will be taking place for female only teams. Ages 9-17.
Please contact any board member for more information.
A female division director is needed, if you are interested in filling the position please contact our board president.

** New players need to provide a copy of their birth certificate at registration.

The registration fee for all players in the SCMHA shall be as described:
Timbits - born 2004 - $150
1st Time Players (Timbit – Bantam) - $150
1st Time Players (Midget) - $350
Timbits - born 2003 - $325
Novice - born 2001, 2002 - $325
Atom - born 2000, 1999 - $400
Peewee - born 1998, 1997 - $400
Bantam - born 1996, 1995 - $400
Midget - born 1994, 93 & 92 - $600
Midget fee includes $200 prepaid 50/50 team tickets (Male & Female)

10 - $5 tickets are included in the registration price. When the 10 tickets are turned in more tickets will be available for those wanting to sell extra.
The child selling the most tickets will win free registration ($350 refund), 2nd receives $100 and 3rd receives $50.

*Post dated cheques will be accepted - 1/3 + $50 (tickets) due at time of registration, 1/3 post dated December 15/09, 1/3 post dated January 8/10.

*Family Discount - first child pays full registration additional children receive a $50 discount.

*If a minor Hockey player withdraws from the SCMHA program the following procedures are to be followed:
- For “Rep” team players that attend tryouts for the first “Rep” Team and then decide not to play – 70% refund
- Within 30 days from the start of the program – 80% refund minus $50
- Between 30 & 60 days – 50% refund minus $50
- Between 60 & 90 days – 25% refund minus $50
- Greater than 90 days – No refund
Note:No refunds will be given to first time players.
No “fundraising” fees shall be included in the refund.
