Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS)
The Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System (DIMHRS) for Personnel and Pay will be a fully-integrated, all-service, all-component, military personnel and pay system that will support military personnel throughout their careers. DIMHRS will allow service members to access their personnel and pay records via the Internet 24 hours a day and to make limited updates when required. It will also provide service chiefs, commanders, and personnel and pay experts at all levels a vastly improved system that can be used to manage the force more efficiently and effectively.
