One Bedroom, One Bath, with Office area and Covered Porch
The side of this house was the perfect place to add a bedroom, bathroom, and an office/reading room (except for the a/c in the way!)
A nice living space fits perfectly in the space (We moved the a/c to behind that fence on the far right... I think it works, how about you?)
The old double window in the kitchen dining area (in the 1st picture above, it's the lower left corner window) was removed and a full header installed
A set of french doors, stained and trimmed, and the new entryway into the addition is operational
New bathroom vanity and linen closet are finished and installed
