A Bedroom is created from "Wasted Space"

This unused sitting/reading area at the top of this staircase will make an excellent additional bedroom

After dismanteling part of the railing, a wall and closet are framed in and electrical is also roughed-in

Oak paneling is ready for stain and drywall is already hung, finished, and painted inside of the room

All done, with all the trim, stain, and oak paneling installed, matching the existing paneled staircase almost perfectly

Strips of Oak paneling were cut, stained and installed to match the existing paneled and banding in the existing staircase
