It has the circle with three terminals coming out, E at the bottom, B at the left, and C at the top. But something is wrong. Within the circle the C terminal is connected to the cathode of a diode. The anode connects to the base terminal and the base terminal connects directly to the E terminal. This symbol is the equivalent circuit of an N P N transistor with a base to emitter short.
