Paul is a 1979 graduate of Oliver Ames High School and a 1983 graduate of Oral Roberts University where he recieved recognition in 1983 as an "Outstanding Young Man of America" by the Jaycees. He is a 1986 Graduate of O.W. Coburn School of Law at Oral Roberts University
Paul has practiced with DiMento & Sullivan since 1987. DiMento & Sullivan is a general litigation law firm in downtown Boston where he heads the commercial department. DiMento & Sullivan and has been awarded the highest rating by Martindale Hubble, A.V.
