Callum's Piping Background

Callum has been playing the bagpipes since the age of nine under the tutelage of Gordon Walker, one of the world's top pipers.

As well as being pipe major of his school pipe band, Callum is also a member of the grade 2 Phoenix Honda Glasgow Skye Association Pipe Band, competing against some of the best pipe bands in the world. He is also a piper with the National Youth Pipe Band of Scotland - a group of some of Scotland's most talented young pipers and drummers that perform internationally.

Callum's Solo Piping Career

On the solo circuit, Callum has demonstrated his abilities through winning numerous trophies and regularly appearing on prize lists at Highland Games and solo piping competitions across Scotland. As an experienced piper he has performed at a variety of events, including Burns Nights, opening ceremonies, prestige dinners, weddings, funerals, rugby internationals, Remembrance Day, Hogmanay and for cruise ships visiting Scotland.
