The medicine we use: Viagra.

uses of Viagra

Viagra is used to treat male sexual function problems ( impotence or erectile dysfunction ) by blocking a certain enzyme ( phosphodiesterase-PDE5 ) in body. In combination with sexual stimulation, Viagra works by helping blood flow into penis to achieve and maintain an erection.

Viagra isn't indicated for use in women.

Use of Viagra doesn't protect against sexually transmitted diseases ( e. g. , HIV, hepatitis B, gonorrhea, syphilis ) . Practice " safe sex " such as using latex condoms. Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

how to use of Viagra

Viagra is taken by mouth as needed, at least 30 minutes, but no more than 4 hours, before sexual activity ( 1 hour before is the most effective ) . Do not take more often than once daily, and take as directed.

A high fat meal may delay the time of onset of this drug.

Avoid eating grapefruit or drinking grapefruit juice while you're being treated with Viagra unless your doctor instructs you otherwise.

The dosage is based on your medical condition, response to therapy, and other medications you may be taking ( see also Drug Interactions section ) . Consult your doctor or pharmacist for more details.

side effects of Viagra

Vision changes such as increased sensitivity to light, blurred vision, or impaired blue/green color discrimination may also occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor or pharmacist promptly.

Remember that your doctor has prescribed Viagra because he or she has judged that the benefit to we is greater than the risk of side effects. Many people using Viagra don't have serious side effects.

Rarely, a sudden loss of eyesight in one or both eyes ( NAION ) may occur while use Viagra. This may or mayn't be due to Viagra. If this serious problem occurs, seek immediate medical attention. We have a slightly greater chance of developing this serious eye problem if we have heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, certain eye problems ( " crowded disk " ) , high blood pressure, are over 50 years of age, or if you smoke.

Sexual activity may put extra strain on your heart, especially if we have heart problems. If we have heart problems and experience any of these serious side effects while having sex, stop and tell your doctor immediately of:

For males, in very unlikely event we have a painful or prolonged erection lasting 4 or more hours, stop using Viagra and seek immediate medical attention, or permanent problems could occur.

Rarely, Viagra may cause sudden hearing problems, or ringing in ears. Seek immediate medical attention if these effects occur.

A serious allergic reaction to Viagra is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of a serious allergic reaction include:

This isn't a complete list of possible side effects. If we notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Caution is advised when using Viagra in the elderly because they may be more sensitive to side effects of the drug.

Viagra is not indicated for use in women or children.

German Survey Finds Every Fifth Adolescent Smokes

German Survey Finds Every Fifth Adolescent Smokes The medicine we use: Viagra. Where to buy cheap Viagra Health tips and advises for everybody.

As many as 20% of adolescents from 11 to 17 years of age smoke. This was result of the nationwide German Health Interview and Examination Survey for Children and Adolescents ( KiGGS ) , performed by Robert Koch Institute and presented by sociologist Thomas Lampert in current edition of Deutsches Arzteblatt International ( Dtsch Arztebl Int 2008; 105[15]: 265-71 ) .

The analysis of tobacco consumption by children and adolescents covered almost 7, 000 girls and boys aged 11 to 17. Data on current smoking status and on exposure to passive smoking were collected for years 2003 to 2006. Possible factors influencing findings were examined, including social status of family, type of school attended by adolescents, and the smoking status of parents and friends.

Thomas Lampert's study shows that friends and type of school have greater influence on smoking behavior than the parents do. The probability that an adolescent starts smoking is markedly greater when his or her friends smoke. The risk is hardly increased if parents smoke. On other hand, students at general secondary schools ( Hauptschule ) , intermediate schools ( Realschule ) or comprehensive schools ( Gesamtschule ) smoke much more frequently than do pupils at high school ( Gymnasium ) .

The prejudice that boys smoke more often than girls could be disproved. The proportion of smoking girls is just as high, although they smoke fewer cigarettes. The average age of starting is between 13 and 14 years for both genders. Social status has hardly any effect on adolescents' smoking behavior. In contrast, smoking parents expose their children to additional stress from passive smoking.

Lampert concludes that there should be more emphasis on prevention of smoking by students at Hauptschule, Realschule, and Gesamtschule.
