For your assignment:

Create a colorful, informative and dazzling multimedia brochure that will appeal to a variety of people.

After selecting a country to research, you must now become an expert on this country for your job. You will need to gather enough information to create a brochure to attract tourism. Think about all of the special interests and needs that have to be included in a successful brochure. You will have to use your imagination and creativity to sell your country as a world class vacation spot.

Your research on Latin America for your presentation will need to include some of the following:

ü     Geography of the Latin America country

ü     History of its people including significant events

ü     Traditions and culture of the people

While creating this descriptive and informative electronic travel brochure you will be virtually traveling to far and distant exotic locations.  Feel free to explore things that interest you.

While on this expedition consider your own life, customs, traditions, and the society in which you live.  How is our society similar and different?

Your multimedia presentation may be done with PowerPoint, Hyperstudio, Microsoft Word or any other software application that you choose. It must contain various graphics, text sizes, colors, sounds, and transitions.
