On this project we removed a window and installed a door. Build code requirements state the when adding a door you must install an exterior receptacle within a certain distance of the door.
Here we removed the siding & window, cut our opening and installed a receptacle, switch and flood light. We installed an exterior door and reinstalled the siding.
