Before: This job we were called in by a local Real Estate broker who's client had a sinking sun room and was having trouble selling.
Upon visiting the site I was amazed at what I saw. Yet another structure built in this area that was not constructed properly. Multiple cracks and separations, windows and doors not working properly and large gaps at the tops of every window.
We have worked in the big 3 markets, New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have never encountered such a wide spread problem that seems to plague this area. It is a complete wonder to us that there hasn't been a collapse and people hurt from some of these structures we have seen.

After: Notice the pressure treated beam and thicker post under the structure in the pictures below.
We took 3 building jacks to their limits and lifted this structure over 2" to level then added the extra framing supports. We cut the concrete around the support posts and dug a footing then filling it back with concrete.
The "Builder" of the original structure did not set this building on a footing, rather set it on top an already sinking concrete slab. After, all windows and doors operated properly.
