UPDATE 12-5-08
The past few weeks we have been constructing doctor's offices converting an existing local Morristown building.
Starting with an empty shell, we framed perimeter walls, a demising wall (a large, fire proof wall from floor to ceiling that divides two separate parts of the building), a second floor for storage, offices and exam rooms.
In commercial building it is important that all walls and ceilings are insulated for sound and climate control.
