Logan's Testimonial:
Hi Tim,
Here is my testimonial.. I finally have two minutes to start it! Wow I even got to finish it! All the puppies are sleeping! I'm the only one awake. I just want to tell you thank again. I know you'll probably get sick of me saying it, but words just can't tell you how much these pups and your friendship means to us! Thanks again. Take care! I attached some pictures for you!
Maureen and the ZOO CREW!!!!
Hi,
My name is Maureen Brayman and my family and I own Shiloh a beautiful 2 year old female Great Pyrenees from Great Pyrenees of South Mountain. Shiloh is the most wonderful dog we have ever owned. We have a male German Shepherd Dog, Keo, who is going to be 11 in February, he is sadly slowing down and having some serious pain due to arthritis in his back hips. We have put him on medicine but he just cant keep up with Shiloh's desire to play and do what pyrs do. So after long discussions and wondering if I could stay sane with three huge dogs, we opted for another female from Tim.
It seemed like an eternity since we decided to get another pyr till the time we got Logan. But after many phone calls with Tim and his constant reassuring that "Good things come to those who wait" not only over this puppy but pretty much in all aspects of life, we got the call that the pups were on the ground. And Tim was so right! Waiting proved to be the best thing in the world, even though I'm not good at it! It wasn't a hard decision for us to make, the pictures of the 3 week old pups sealed the deal as to which one we would take.
Logan's been home with us for a week now and she is one huge girl. At her 6 week check up she weighed in at a whopping 18lbs! Shiloh and Logan get along great. Keo tolerates Logan, I keep telling her to leave the grumpy old man alone. Shiloh tries to constantly mother her and when Logan gets tired of it she barks at her. The two are a great pair. A decision I am so glad we made.
Tim Barrett has become more than a breeder to us, he has become what we consider a life long friend. I even told him I was going to adopt him! Tim is there for whatever your question may be regarding the Pyrenees before and after you have purchased a pup, and I've said it before and I will say it again... you will never, ever find a breeder with so much love and devotion to his dogs. When Shiloh turned one we got a phone call.... it was Tim.... he asked to talk to Shiloh and I put the phone by her ear and he sang her Happy Birthday! How many breeders do that? Tim and Rhonda Barrett are wonderful people who love their dogs beyond belief.
Logan has already experienced snow and was so fun to see trying to figure out what exactly was falling from the sky. If you want a Great Pyrenees and you want a breeder that's knowledgeable, caring and 100% fair.. you need look no further... you'd better pick up that phone and call Tim Barrett, because you wont find a breeder like him anywhere else. Oh yes, one more thing... My friend in NY got Logan's sister, Tiger Lilly.... I've known Patty for almost 5 years via the internet and over the phone but never got to meet her... until we got the pups! The whole experience was better than anything I could have ever expected. I got what I wanted for Christmas, Logan and a chance to meet my best friend!
Thanks again Tim and Rhonda for all the love and devotion you give not only your dogs but the people that get dogs from you. Maybe, just maybe sometime down the road we will get a male from you........ We will keep you updated on Logan's growth and progress. Thank you again for another beautiful, wonderful pup!
Sincerely,
Maureen,Duane,Cody,Keo,Shiloh and Logan
