HOW CAN I BECOME RELAXED?
You can physically relax by letting go of all tension in your muscles;
and/or
You can mentally relax by blocking out thoughts which cause tension and turn towards non-stressful thoughst for for a period of time each day
(meditation/guided visualisation/contemplation)
