Robb ordered Dave Benson's
(NN1G) kit a few months ago and was telling everyone about it. It
sounded great and everyone was looking forward to seeing it. When
we  opened it
up for inspection, we were shocked. What he forgot to tell us was
he had only ordered the cabinet, which by the way, is first class.
Inside was a real "ugly" thing, and for 40m to boot! Actually Robb's
DSW-80 was a complete kit and he did a great job putting
it together. The thing to the right in the photo is a 40m DC rcvr
that Neil, WA4CHQ knocked together. |
