About Us - Shadeko Dobermans
We obtained our first Doberman back in 1979, and she was the one who proved to us that there is no other breed in comparison to the Doberman- we would have no other breed. Her name was Echo. When we lost Echo, I just had to have another puppy, when we got her we named her Shadow, hence the kennel name Shadeko Dobermans.
Our first real show dog Kal so quickly became my heart and soul. We had a connection that I don't think could ever happen again; truly once in a lifetime. Kal obtained his Championship and we soon became committed to this breed with the goal of creating a Doberman as close to the standard as we can with excellent health and temperament and with longevity. Today, we feel we have come very close to our expectations but are constantly striving to improve our breeding program.
