In other Souls tour news this note was dropped to us by the band: "Hi
everybody, just dropping a little line to tell you about our new little
twist on the fall tour...The Souls have decided that the tour will
benefit the Widows and Children fund of the New York Fire
Department...some percentage of gig money will be donated to this cause
at the end of the tour...and also we will have a jar for donations from
kids at the shows...I know it is too late for most print advertising to
include this information, but perhaps we can get the word out to
promoters/clubs and they can announce it, etc.....we really hope that we
can raise quite a bit of money for this great cause for our great
