Leon has been seen using this against zombies in the sewer in an RE 1.5 video Undoubtly a cool wepon, the grenade unfortunately didn't make it into the final version of Resident Evil 2.

A type of Submachine Gun found in the game which was probably replaced by the Submachine Gun now found in Resident Evil 2.
