Giants
The giants of Tantagel aren't 50-90 feet tall, but range from 7-12 feet tall. They usually live around or in mountains and other rocky areas. The giants are absolutely massive and posess strength far beyond that of a human. Unfortunately giants aren't the most intelligent race in all of Tantagel. If fact, they rank near the bottom in IQ, but they carry a lust for blood and are amazing warriors. That works out just fine becuase a giant would much rather cave his enemy's head in than anything else. Giants come in all shapes, sizes, and apperances. Some resemble humans remarkably, while others look like ogres.

Giants aren't known for their wide veriety of jobs. They mostly deal with jobs that require them to use brute force, since those are the areas at which the giants excell. A giant can mine faster then almost any race in Tantagel. One swing of their mighty hammer and half a mountain can cave in, exposing the precious metals and jewels within. The giants' fighting style is nothing less than barbaric. Once they defeat an opponent with their axes, hammers, or whatever blunt object they happen to find, they might eat their opponent or decide to attack the corpse even more just to see it bleed. When it comes to mercy, you will rarley find it in a giant.
