It is the mission of the Philipsburg Borough Police Department to serve the residents and non-residents of this community without consideration as to race, religion, gender or condition and to promote a feeling of safety and security for all.
Our goal is the stability and safety of the Community through the provision of services. The prevention and control of crime through the detection and apprehension of criminals along with the safe and orderly movement of vehicles and people through our community are neccessary to achieve that goal. These goals along with the contiual improvement of the Philipsburg Borough Police Department must be met to fulfill our mission.
