Summer 2001 - Athenaeum will be featured in October's issue of Seventeen magazine.

Summer 2001 - New CD release date is September 18, 2001. The new single, "Comfort" will be airing on radio sometime in August.

Spring 2001 - Mike Garrigan from Collapsis has joined Athenaeum as guitarist/vocalist.

Fall 2000 - Recording of the new album is finished. It is off to be mixed in November followed by a Spring 2001 release.

January 1999 - Official message Athenaeum regarding Grey Brewster. "Grey played his last show with Athenaeum on December 31, 1998. Although his reasons for leaving the band aren't exactly clear, it was definitely a friendly parting. It has been a great four years together, and we're grateful for all his contributions to the band. We'll miss him dearly and we wish him the best of luck in the future!"
