PAYMENT INFORMATION

I accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, cash, money orders, personal checks, and COD orders.

If you wish to order and to assure security there are a couple options to get your credit card information to me.

• E-mail me your phone number and I will call you for the particulars.
• Phone me at 1-814-382-0605 EST
• Fax me your name, address and credit card number information to 1-814-382-4544
• Send your credit card information in two separate e- mails.

On my web site on every page at the very bottom under "Tommy Knocker Golf Products" you will find...
"E-Mail-Tom" and "Web Shop".
..these are two separate e-mail addresses and they are both mine so you can use them for added security if you wish.

Include 1/2 of the credit card numbers and the expiration date in the first e-mail.

In the second e-mail include the rest of the credit card numbers, the name and billing address on the credit card and the shipping address if different than the billing address.

1..Credit card orders are charged in full as soon as the order is received.

2..All custom club order payments must be received before shipment is made unless it is a COD order!

3..All personal checks must clear your bank before your order is shipped.

Unless you are advised of component backorders, you can expect shipment of your finished clubs within 1 week or less after your order is received.

RUSH ORDERS and Overnight Express is available upon request at a additional cost.

Shipping costs will be quoted based upon number of clubs ordered and region of delivery.
