Center Hours: Fall 2002

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
Friday 10 a.m.-noon
Saturday 10 a.m.-noon
Writing Conference instructors are available
beginning at 9 a.m., Monday through Thursday,
and at 10 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.






In the summer of 2001, the A300 building was redesigned.
As a result, the entrance to the Humanities Center is now located
at the northeast end of the building.
Please stop by and see us.

Join us for a 7 p.m. reading by Toshio Whelchel,
historian and author of From Pearl Harbor To Saigon,
interviews with Japanese American soldiers who served in the Vietnam War.

October 19, 2001
Join us for a 7 p.m. reception honoring
the Volume 18 of The Ear,
the college magazine of writing and art,
published annually by
the School of Humanities and Languages.


October 9, 2001
Join us for a 7 p.m. poetry reading by Marie Conners,
former editor of The Ear and instructor at IVC.
Presented by Writers At Work.


August 20, 2001:
This fall, the hours of Writing 180, Writing Conference,
have been increased by fifteen hours.
Please note that conferences are now available
Monday through Thursday at 9 a.m., and from 3-5 p.m.,
as well as Friday and Saturday mornings.
