Seven days of eating and drinking and you will lose 10 -17 pounds
Basic Fat Burning "Soup"
6 large, green onions
1 or 2 cans of tomatoes
1 large head of cabbage
2 bell peppers
1 bunch celery
1 pkg. Lipton soup mix
Seasonings: salt, pepper, curry, parsley, bouillon, hot sauce, tumeric, garlic, etc. (to taste)
Cut vegtables in small to medium pieces and cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes. Then simmer and continue cooking until veggies are tender.
THIS SOUP CAN BE EATEN ANYTIME YOU ARE HUNGRY. EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT. WHEN EVER YOU WANT.
This soup will add no calories. The more that you eat of it, the more weight you will lose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away for the day.
(If eaten alone for indefinite periods, you could suffer from malnutrition!)
Day One:
Any kind of fruits except bananas. (Cantaloupe and Watermelon are lower in calories than most other fruits.) Eat only soup and fruit today.
Day Two:
Any vegetable, canned - fresh or frozen. Try to eat green leafy veggies and stay away from dry beans, peas and corn. Eat along with Soup. At dinner time, reward your self with a Big baked potato and butter. Do not eat any fruit today.
Day Three:
Eat all the Soup, fruits and veggies you want. Do Not have a baked patato.
If you have eaten for three days, as outlined above (no cheating), you will find that you have lost 5 - 7 pounds!
Day Four:
Bananas and non-fat milk. Eat as many as 3 bananas, all you want of the Soup and lots of water. (Bananas are high in calories and carbohydrates and so is milk. On this particular day, your body will need the potassium and carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lessen your craving for sweets.)
Day Five:
Beef and tomatoes. You may have 10 - 20 ounces of beef and a can of tomatoes. (6 fresh tomatoes today.) Try to drink at least 6 - 8 glasses of water to wash away the uric acid in your body from the protein. Eat Soup at least once today. The more soup the better.
Day Six:
Beef and veggies. Eat to your heart's content of beef and veggies today. You can even have two or three steaks if you like with green, leafy veggies. (NO baked potato!) Be sure and eat more than one bowl of soup today.
Day Seven:
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juice and veggies. Again, stuff yourself. Be sure to have Soup a few times today.
DEFINITE NO - NO's
Bread, pasta, grains, fried foods, alcohol, carbonated drinks (including diet).
***At the end of seven days (if you did not cheat), you will have lost 10 - 17 pounds. If you lost more than 15, stay off the diet for two full days before resuming again with day one. ***
This seven day eating plan can be used as often as you like. As matter of fact, if correctly followed, it will clean your system of impurities and give you a feeling of health as never before. And you'll feel a change in your energy level. Continue this plan as long as you like and can feel a difference.
This diet is a fast, fat-burning and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take in. It will flush you system of impurities.
Exercise and you will lose more pounds: (Walking a half hour per day) (Jogging) (Arobic Exercise) (Weight - lifting) (etc.)
Final Information Stick with water, unsweetened tea, black coffie, unsweetened fruit juices, cranberry juice and skimmed milk. The basic Soup can be eaten anytime you feel hungry. Eat as much as you like. Remember that the more you eat, the more weight you will lose. You can eat broiled or baked chicken instead of meat (absolutely no skin on the chicken). If you prefer, you can substitute broiled fish for the beef on only one of the beef days. You need the high-protein in the beef the other days. Remember, for best results, stick to the 7- day program as outlined above.
