| Bump | A fall or hit that is done to take,throw someone out of the ring. |

| Draw | The ability to attract fans |
| Dud | A bad or uninteresting match |
| Face | A good guy |
| Fall | Once you get pinned on the mat for the 3 count |
| Fude | A series of matches between two spacific wrestlers or groups |
| Finish | Event or events which leads to the outcome of the match |
| Green | Inexperienced |
| Hard Way Juice | Real accidential blood |
| Heat | Enthusiasm, a positive response -- Also used as a negative response between wrestlers |
| Heel | Bad guy |
| House | Wrestling audience in the building |
| International Object | Any foreign object not allowed in the ring |
| Job | A staged loss |
| Jobber | The wrestler that loses the match |
| Juice | To bleed usually a result of blading |
| Mark | An audience member presumed gullible. |
| Paper | Complimentary tickets |
| Pop | The response to a wrestler entry or a good move |
| Post | To run or be run into a ring post |
| Potato | A hit on the wrestlers head or causing him to hit his head |
| Run It | Interfrence by non-participant in the match |
| Save | A run in to protect a wrestler from being beaten after a match |
| Screw Job | Not a clean win due to interferance(ex. HBK's Matches, never clean wins) |
| Shoot | A real fight |
| Spot | The high point of a match |
| Squash | Where one wrestler completely dominates th other |
| Stiff | Moves that cause real injury |
| Turn | When a wrestler goes from good guy to bad guy or from bad guy to good guy |
| Work | Fake, the opposite of a shoot |
| Workrate | The ratio of matches and perormances. Wins & Losses |
