Me- I'm concentrating on writing new stuff right now, some pretty cool things you should hear. I've just realized that people do want to hear good lyrics and they do listen, so if I have something to say I say it. It's issues that really bother me, and I talk about them in the song[Open Your Eyes-new]. Will and I are also working on a song about a woman who's just ready to give up on life, not that I personally know of a situation like that going on with someone I know, but it is something that I wonder about how it would feel, what would I say to that person, etc. The pop songs like In Your Eyes, which was pretty lyrical, or Trip or Ask Me Why are cool, and they are a lot of fun, but I definately prefer the Sweepin' Up the Pieces, She Knows, Almost Gone type songs. Songs that say something that sticks with you.
