The band has been together since January of 1997. Kenn and Johnny went to Canyon High School together, where Kenn graduated a year before Johnny did (1995, 1996) and they had been performing together at talent shows and pops concerts, etc. Well, they were asked to play a
gig for 2 hours at a Cheerleader Benefit at Canyon in January of 1997, and they agreed we needed a drummer. They had jammed out with a couple drummers already, and weren't very impressed, but Kenn said he knew a guy who was really good, so they went over to his house and he was really good. That guy was Chris, and they learned 24 songs in that one day for the gig that weekend. So they were a band, did the gig and decided hey, we need a bass player. They auditioned a couple but they didn't have the drive they were looking for. Just before they kicked the last guy out, and Chris said he knew a guy...who turned out to be Will, and they played their first gig together in Nov. of 1997 and have been together ever since.
