The Shotgunner has earned its own page bacause of the simple fact that it is one of the most powerfull units in any stage of the game. First it is free. You can get it even without a hand or barracks. Seconed it can kill ANY class in one shot just point it at the round area above the torso and because it is a free class you get lots of points and cash for killing anything better than you. Also the shotgun has c4 and is totally expendable. It can be used to kamikazi invading tanks without the concern of losing your valuable class. Finaly the shotgun can do significant dammage to Buggys, Hum Vees, and the MRLS. Because of its economic application , firepower advantage over both Vehicles and all soldier classes it is by far one of the most usefull units in the game.
