1st: Download Winzip. (http://www.winzip.com)  
2nd: Download No$GMG and the roms.  
3rd: After you have downloaded the games and the Emulator, open them.  
4th: On the Winzip toolbar when you open it, It will show "Extract" or Extract to". Highlight The roms and the Emulator and click "Extract" or "Extract to"  
5th: After you have clicked it, It will open a window that shows where you want to put the game. (Make sure you know where it is)  
6th: After you have extracted it, Click and Drag the ROMS to the Emulator. And it will start. Good Luck!!
