E-mail is Electronic Mail. You can send data, graphics, voice messages and
              attachments over the internet through the use of a  modem or network card.
              Your computer connects to the internet through your ISP (Internet Service Provider)
              eg. Shaw @ HOME.

           How to send e-mail:

        From your browser open your Mailbox (from Netscape Communicator>
        Message Centre, from Internet Explorer - Go>Mail).  Click on the New Message
        icon.   In the To: field(at the top left hand corner) of the New Message screen.
        Fill in the address you wish to e-mail eg. dnice_91@hotmail.com

        You can enter data into the space below by typing with your keyboard
        or cut & paste data you have in another document.

             Attachments:

        To attach a file, click on the attach icon (paper clip), enter the location of your file.
        You will see the file name appear at the top of your message.  If you receive an
        attachment scroll down until you see a box with the file name.  Double click on
        the file, you will be asked if you want to save it to disk or open it, after making
        you selection click OK.

        Remember...do not open an attachment if you have not scanned it with virus
        software (eg. Norton anti-virus)
