Creating The AOK (page 2)
The story in the agents own words

"Tickets for shows have raised over five to ten times what they were, bootlegs are available in mass and most destructive is the new P2P unit that has done unrepairable damage".
Why are you so against the P2P unit?
"Bottom line is because people are to ignorant to have access to that kind of unit, and the guy who created it should be on the top of that list"
  Why do you say that?
"Because they think information is free, but  it's not, you have to pay someone to create the information, in this example music" X notable gets more angry with the subject. "And I wonder how all these jokers who download hundreds of titles they will never even listen too, would like to go to work and have them say

"Oh bummer dud you don't have a paycheck this week, Cause your information on the internet is free"

"They will also try to say it is no different than a radio station, but it is very different and violating a copyright is very serious" X shakes his finger in warning. "Just call a radio station and ask them about it bozo's"
So you are against MP3's and free downloads?
"Hell no, I think it's a great way for performers to spread their music out to audiences" he defends the MP3's, "But it should be an artists choice if it is up their for free, and with-out his permission it is a blatant violation of  ethic, moral and legal codes".
What did this have to do with Creating the AOK?
"Actually a lot" he grimaces at the thought, "It showed us what we had to be prepared for and protected from, it also showed us what kind of medias we would have to work upon".
This led to the group affiliating themselves with "Pandemonium Productions" who began working with the AOK in 1996 before they had assumed the new names and personas. They brewed over ideas and formats for hours before finally launching numerous pages and sites across the internet as well as setting up free MP3 downloads to get a little more feedback from Listeners.
"The Sites were my babies at first" X says fondly of them. "But it was too much work after a while and I couldn't juggle everything" he admits with-out shame. "But we learned what we wanted from it, and most important how to get it"
In forming the group many aspects took place from popular Comic Books, Novels, Movies and anything else they could use to see their listeners true perspective of entertainment.
"The Guys thought I had lost my mind" he laughs contagiously again about the first ideas with the masks. "We were just going to create different agents from different era's, and I loved the mystique behind the mask ideas"
Two weeks later Agent X would emerge in his black leather garbs, with his trademark mask that has still been unchanged.  "From their it was just like lighting a fuse" he uses his dramatic flare to describe it. "Just hide, watch and wait for the big explosion"
