Just discovered approximately ten minutes ago: This file was hacked! All the updates from 2-22-2002 to 3-28-2002 were erased since Saturday night March 30 after 5:00 PM.
I am currently verifying backups to determine how recent they are. I may need help from anyone who has downloaded or printed a copy of this page especially thru 3-28-2002.

Another continuance to toward the end of the month was gained with Naperville City in the false arrest scenarios. My motion to dismiss may be taken under advisement by Naperville attorneys for hopefully a non-suit.

UPDATE 4-3-2002 @ 6:40 P.M.: MORE FOLLOW UP ON THE HACKER DATA LOSS
The extent of the damage to this file amounted to approximately a little more than half of its content.
Prior to the destruction or hacking the file contained 266 KB of data. After the damage was done it contained only approximately 118 KB of data. The interesting observation is that the file readout in the web site directory still showed the original 266 KB of data. Only when it was saved afresh did it show the 118 KB of data actually viewed in raw HTML. The date on the file listing the 266 KB of data still retained the original save date of 3-28-2002.
The fact that the data has been found missing is the same pattern of conduct that has been occurring as early as August of 1999 when this site was originally set up. The data changes but the original file statistics remain as originally saved.
The file has now been restored to approximately 226 KB of data. I believe the stories that I have listed in the update just prior to today's should absorb the difference of 40 KB of data.

Upon verification a person who had a bench trial set for this morning at 8:30 AM did not show up. The standard operating procedure for such non-appearances is an arrest warrant issuing.

The question is not "I think therefore I am" or "To be or not to be" it is did he use the date rape drug on her and her sister or didn't he. Did he sneak it into their food and / or drink or what? Circumstantial evidence sure points to it.
Persons with the high standards and long term goals of God centered living like My Very Very Special Friends don't just throw that away to a STUD magically!
Remember folks, My Very Very Special Friend said in just the last few years....and I quote:
"What I am looking forward to in my life is a real question. I want some craziness, some righteousness, some wisdom and always always, I want God to be the center of my life (yep!!!!)"
No, something else was going on here folks. That is why I am so convicted that the STUD not only seductively date raped my friends but did so very possibly with the aid of the date rape drug! How else can a woman so easily submit to such an unethical intrusion and abuse especially when she had planned on being with someone else (a number of times and at least one of those times she even reminded me of the date!),...and that being me and that in the context that we had originally met...Christian Spiritual bonding and friendship!
STUD'S conduct certainly was not in the context of ".....and always always, I want God to be the center of my life (yep!!!!)". It was selfish hedonistic pursuits especially with the goal of controlling the sisters and eliminating me from the picture. How else does one so easily and expeditiously and suddenly turn the tables in the lives of two young sisters who have committed themselves to the God centered life?!
No, the sisters went down too easily and suddenly. Something else was going on here folks!
No STUD. Longevity of knowing an individual does not justify taking license with my friends and assuming a right to intimacy especially when I am involved!
STUD betrayed egregiously the very special trust My Very Very Special Friends' year and a half "friendship" with him had developed!
And now for the kicker.....STUD has during this period of time been learning the Holy Roman Catholic Catechism and matriculating into the membership of the Holy Roman Catholic Church! Yes, you heard me right! He knew the Holy Roman Catholic Canon that he knew the sisters were committed to.
Ironically, he just started taking Holy Eucharist at Mass in approximately the last month and a half!
Should the STUD be participating in the Holy Eucharist? Whatever happened to 1 Corinthians 11:27-32 (KJV) STUD?:
"27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. 29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. 30 For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. 31 For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged."
A thought about penance.... when a priest directs his confessor to do penance.... does it not include not only so many "Hail Mary's" and time in prayer and abasement but ALSO a remuneration toward those transgressed against???? I have not seen any STUD!
And how are you going to remunerate on the deep maiming that you have done to My Very Very Special Friends’ and my spiritual and emotional lives?
Bottom line folks, STUD knew exactly what he was doing to me and the sisters especially in the context of Holy Roman Catholic Cannon spiritually, ethically, and morally, just like he knew exactly what he was doing with my computers that he ejected illegally into the Naperville Riverwalk Pavilion almost 30 minutes after park closing at midnight willfully and wantonly breaking laws and statutes, (criminal trespass and illegal dumping, not to mention theft of property, computer fraud and deception among others), of Naperville and its park district and leaving them exposed to the elements and other potential criminal pursuits for over approximately 6 hours before I found out about them!
STUD willfully and wantonly with reckless disregard for the Canon of the Holy Roman Catholic Church, the sacred commitment of the two sisters in their Holy Roman Catholic Church doctrine did cause them to become living in sin as the Holy Roman Catholic Church teaches EVEN WHILE HE WAS MATRICULATING INTO THAT VERY CHURCH'S MEMBERSHIP WITH THE CHURCH'S DOCTRINES AND CANON FRESH IN HIS MIND! SELAH!
Prenuptial marriage vows don't cut it STUD in HOLY ROMAN CATHOLIC DOCTRINE AND CANON! You dragged the sisters into living in sin! You will be held accountable for that "my" son!
Keep in mind that Illinois Case Law shows that date rape can and does happen among people who have known each other for long periods of time and even those who have had sexual intercourse prior. Date rape does not necessarily have to be a new person encountered!

When I found the above quote in your web site I was elated! I felt deep down that this quote was you even before I read it. I felt we had a special Providential meeting on December 21, 2001 that was not planned by man. I feel that STUD blew that up. Keeping in mind the thought often incorporated in marriage vows...."what God hath joined let no man put asunder"...also applies to friendships! I don't think STUD has nor had any right to "put asunder" our friendship. He did it with total disregard to you and me before God. He did his dirty work dishonestly and with truly selfish and ill intentions. You don't need that kind of guy in your life and that is why I have told him to get out of your life or I would litigate. I am putting great effort in my preparations to litigate in righteousness against STUD. He is not off the hook no matter what happens at this point. As Love enables I will continue to "police" this man of disrepute!
You and I have already had "some craziness". How about listening to some "righteousness, some wisdom" so that God can continue to be the center of your life! I seriously don't believe that any further contact with the STUD can bring about God being the center of your life with the track record he has in your relationship. He is doing just the opposite of what you have directed for your life to enjoy and he is leading you down the "golden path" whispering his sweet nothings into your ear! After all your reputation does count.... doesn’t it? Does he really care about that? His actions speak louder than his words. He has subtly sucked you into this dilemma. Oh, and as far as STUD saying that I have a police record.....I challenge you to get the context of each "record". I think that anyone with any common sense and intellect can see that each of these "alleged" records were pure political hits designed to degrade me with pure technocratic lies. Check the court records especially in the Dorta Case and the current Naperville Case. They are classic examples of ignoring and suppression of Prima Facie facts and the truth. It is clear that these records are nonsense and engineered to dirty my name and character not to mention distract me from a productive life. Every single record is clearly a sham perpetrated to destroy my good name and me and certainly not pursued in the spirit of "truth, justice and the American Way". Look at what they have done to my business of 20 years! Think about some of the tickets you have gotten. Have they reflected the truth?
The crux of interpretation of a person's reputation and police background is NOT whether he has a police record but rather are the records accurate and honest! Politicos love to manipulate people and prevent them from realizing a full and normal life with false records!
Analyze the records and use your own common sense as to your personal experience with an individual before you jump to conclusions! Don't let the politicos, (STUD included), manipulate and condition you with false information. Keep in mind, and I think you personally have experienced this yourself, that somehow certain people especially in this county have a way of making up stories, (untruths), about one's self and making them stick! Before you can disprove the allegation the damage has been done. That is what STUD and his friends are trying to do to me with you!
STUD IS CLEARLY PICKING AT "STRAWS" when he tries to point a finger at me. He needs a quick excuse to try to "smoke screen" and "red herring" his own debacle! Check, think and pray about it! Don't take him at face value! He is clearly a SLICK operator! He has made you think he loves you! Look carefully how he has achieved the effect. Evaluate carefully the dishonesty he has used to gain your confidence and alienate me from your "vocabulary"! SELAH!
Lazy minded self-serving morons will quickly point out someone has a record! The question is whether the record is a true representation of reality! In my case.... I think not! Having a record especially these days is not intrinsically an evil. It can actually, as in my case, be a badge of honor!
And as far as rumors or scuttlebutt goes.... I have yet to comment on gossip but the scriptures have. Have they not My Very Very Special Friend.... especially when you are in the service of Christ and his Love! (Yep!!!)
Now for the shocker, put on your seat belt if you use them, (of course if you don't you could accrue enough violations that you could get some jail time), STUD!
People in early Christian and Hebrew history like Joseph, you know the one who's family sold him into Egyptian slavery.... who was jailed.... and later became Governor of Egypt; Daniel.... the one that got thrown into the lions den; the three men who were thrown into the furnace; a guy called Samson; a man called St.Peter; a man called St. Paul and last but not least of many more..... a man called Jesus all had "police" records STUD! Of course all these people were undesirable convicts weren't they STUD!

Delays will occur more frequently with my update news not because there is nothing to report but because I am giving more and more attention to litigious preparation. Currently I am preparing subpoena requests. Those of you who do receive a subpoena please keep in mind that for the most part subpoenas are procedural and formality due to interference from the STUD and his agents, the KING'S and their agents and certain police and politicos and their agents. Contextual information and background is needed for accuracy in my claims and investigations!

About a year or so ago I did a search on my name in the electronic phone books. I came up with somewhere around 79 entries for "Scott Huber" for the United States. In the state of Illinois I came up with several and more than one in the Chicago metropolitan area. Keep in mind that my personal name was not included in this tally. Who knows how many actual Scott Hubers actually exist in the world!
The point I am trying to stress is the fact that when you hear someone say Scott Huber did this or that or is this or that please keep in mind that there are more than one of my namesakes hanging around. Please be careful then to make sure that you don't mislead people as to which Scott Huber you are talking about. That includes lawyers and law enforcement officers as well. After all you don't want to hurt the wrong Scott Huber now do you!
In a similar vein if you do a search in your favorite search engine you will note that there are more than one A&A Electronics. Please be sure you know and clarify of which A&A Electronics you are talking about. This A&A Electronics does not need some other A&A Electronics' bad publicity.
Finally, make sure that when you accuse this A&A Electronics of a so called wrong doing make sure that you are not attributing a problem to a management problem that occurred prior to the current ownership or management. Ownerships and managements do change and so do policies or methods of operation. It is not accurate or honorable to accuse a person or company of problems that they personally had nothing to do with or control over!
Of course, if one should defame Scott Huber or A&A Electronics those namesakes could file a class action lawsuit. Class action lawsuits go on and on for years and years and years and cost and cost and cost!

UPDATE 4-17-2002 @ 1:30 P.M.:........FOOD FOR THOUGHT!
People may think that I have, again, revealed too much of what has happened in my Romance "gone sour". I think I had to do what I have done here to preserve both My Very Very Special Friend and myself from the devastation that was occurring!
While the STUD was enjoying the benefits of premarital "prenuptial marriage vows" in a hedonistic way, strangely, I was getting the credit for his pleasure and license! This is why I felt it imperative that I reveal as much of his hedonism as possible so that the public from which I was taking the "hits" for his conduct knew just who was the real "STUD"!
I have tried intensely to minimize any damage to My Very Very Special Friend and try to get the message to her before she could become damaged by the STUD’S guile and deceit. No doubt some damage has occurred but the fact is the rumors that were going around "town" already had damaged my Very Very Special Friend as I was thought to be the male counterpart and I was hearing about it myself through innuendo and mockery in Naperville of all places!
It is clear that the rumors were emanating from somewhere. The Lord only knows but it could be very possible that the STUD had intended a character assassination of myself and My Very Very Special Friend from the beginning and maybe even prior to my encounter with my Very Very Special Friend! How people were tying me and she to the conjugal relationships and locations from where these orgasmic sounds were emanating beats me!
A PARALLEL BETWEEN THIS ROMANCE AND MY THEN "FAILED" ROMANCE OF 16 YEARS AGO:
It is clear to me that there is a parallel between my current Romance and the one I had 16 years ago. It is clear that in both scenarios the men that these women knew were men that they knew prior to my appearance on the scene. It is clear that in both cases these men were extremely out for themselves and would do almost anything to preserve their interests in their objects of attention.
It is clear that both the men in these relationships started to intercept any friendliness I had with the object of their intentions. It is clear that they were both calling the shots and creating the allegations that they wanted "their" women to espouse against me to get me out of their compromised involvement.
It is clear that both instigated police involvement under false pretenses to get the officers to do their dirty work and isolate me from my intended object of affection.
It is clear that they both made me to become the predator and them the knights in shining armor.
It is clear that in both cases the police acted over and above the call of duty in a negative way to enforce terse demands on my conduct to exit me from the relationship with the women.
In the first instance 16 years ago the object of my intentions was misled by the police to sue me. It cost her plenty.
In the second case of present the police acted,* as suggested by circumstantial evidence, in an overzealous way in the Wellness Check which caused My Very Very Special Friend to totally sever any contact with me whatsoever beginning on January 25, 2002.
In both cases I was made out to be a stalker, predator and what ever other volatile label they could put on me. In both cases the predator was the male calling the shots to the women and the police so to condition these parties to believe their lies as truth! Brainwashing I believe they call it!
Again it cost my first object of love double-digit financial loss and the allegations were proven not to be credible and the case was dismissed. Will the current object of my love be beguiled into believing the same and incur financial loss? Has she lost financially already? I hope not!
One thing for sure the first male adversary was well connected but he died of a heart attack! What will happen to my current adversary the STUD by the scepter of God?
Another thing for sure is that the STUD will also be sued, as was my first male adversary who lost paying the Supreme Sacrifice!
In the first scenario 16 years ago the police department that instigated the false advice that deliberately misled my object of affection into suing me was sued in Federal Court by me and lost some big double digit dollars as I have it in litigious related fees and the like! The current police department in the current scenario of my object of affection is headed that way also!

UPDATE 4-25-2002 @ 12:18 P.M.:........STUD REPORT
Well folks, this morning at Mass guess who showed up? No, not My Very Very Special Friends but none other than the STUD! Of all persons to show up! He took Holy Eucharist but clearly he forgot about the part about letting a man examine himself before he partakes!
I reminded him about that after Mass as I walked him to his car. I informed him about the admonition in 1 Corinthians 11:27-32. I also informed him that when he does penance or reconciliation he also should be remunerating with those he has injured.
Examining one's self means undoing one's wrongs before partaking. Failure to examine one's self before taking the Holy Eucharist, scripture says, results in one becoming weak, sickly and even die! Look it up and believe it is not there for decoration either!
I informed him that he was in trouble both legally and financially and that I will take ten years of my life to do this if necessary. I informed him that I would drain his pocketbook and put him in PADS.
I further informed him that he "screwed up" two young ladies and that he was corrupting the Church slithering in an out as he does. I informed him he is a bastard of Satan. He needs to be shook up and waked up!
As usual he disrespectfully blew me off just like before he criminally disposed of my computers when he was challenged "in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit and through Christ's Blood" unto righteousness.
He had a lot of guts even showing up. Keep in mind that there has been no repentance to the girls or me as I have it. There has been no penance or reconciliation as I have it. I should be the first to know if he had! There have been no apologies for anything that has happened. Clearly he has a recalcitrant heart if a heart at all. He appears to have a conscience that has been seared as though with a hot iron!
The only communications that have come from the STUD are lies and deception in my experience and based on my observation of My Very Very Special Friend's conduct toward me, (that is the lies STUD has told them has clearly caused the shut down of my friendship's communications with them).
Back in late January or February there was the comment from him that my coming to Mass was a step in the right direction. I, with a positive and open-minded spirit, took that as a positive indication that My Very Very Special Friend was looking favorably on my attendance.
Unfortunately that was before I realized that he had betrayed my trust of him with My Very Very Special Friends. I have since had to revise that interpretation due to the fact that in reality STUD has never said anything kind to me yet and based on My Very Very Special Friend's reaction toward me, especially in the rose throwing incident of February 17, 2002, STUD has not said anything nice about me to others either! What he really meant and was doing was taking a cheap shot at my Spiritual character and suggesting that I was in need of "getting right" with God while he was licentiously dragging the sisters into a life of sin!
This life of sin as defined by Church Canon was what really turned on my alarm system especially after I was informed by the sisters of their strict adherence to Church Canon. If he could get two very dedicated "hard line conservative" Roman Catholics of considerable background in the faith and personal ministry to suddenly drop their guard and trust him and then he under the guise of a Roman Catholic mislead them into sin hooking them on the passion and that very possibly with the date rape drug..... The next step would be hard-core. It was clear to me that the triune sexual setting I was picking up on circumstantially showed a complete degradation of chastity and morals and that would lead into drugs and yes, prostitution. As they would become tired of the "old hat" sexual unions with the STUD he would then reach out for new and different experiences to satisfy them. In the context of the sisters not having a lot of money it would be a strong temptation and easy answer to financial burdens.
Since the STUD had already made them feel comfortable with an immoral sexual union with him with them believing he was in love with them and would not hurt them because he could be trusted because he knew them longer and because he was saving them from the "Evil Empire and Darth Vader" who he had labeled as Scott Huber they would be sucked into that vortex of crime one thing leading to another! Yes they would form a pact to never tell! Yes he would slither in and become their PIMP as I was suspicious of him in January apart from the sisters as I was getting the distinct impression that he was somehow trying to suck me into a compromising position and perhaps a sting so to justify his alienating me from the sisters as a whoremonger. It also occurred to me that he brainwashed the sisters into believing that whoremongering was what I was about. AMAZING!
In retrospect My Very Very Special Friend's unsettledness with my last one on one in car conversation with her in which I very candidly and honestly wanted her to know how much I cared for her that last Sunday on January 20, 2002 had overtones of her distrust and suspicion of his brainwashing her into believing that no matter what I told her my sole objective was just to get into her "pants". Note it was this following week that my Monday night meeting was missed by her and her sister as well as my Wednesday after work date at Burger King being blown off, the wellness check ensued on Thursday the 24th and my complete cut off from her by her occurred on the 25th of that same month!
The sudden loss of contact with the sisters alarmed me. I wondered if they had been murdered especially after the distress I detected the STUD had with my presence. If they would resist his control he might have put an end to them. There was motive for a crime against the sisters or one sister as she was more intensely reading my Internet pages and relating their content to the older sister and that the STUD could not allow because the sisters would find out who I really was and that would blow his game.
What happened on January 25, 2002 after the "wellness check" was a disaster that should never have happened! The STUD deliberately used the apparent mishap of police intrusion, as seems obvious to me and I think Subpoena will bear out, that I deliberately tried to embarrass and invade the privacy of My Very Very Special Friend and perhaps expose her apparent secret relationship with the STUD! I felt that I had to stop him in his tracks at that point or he would not only manipulate the sisters but me also. I think I have. Thanks be unto God!
One thing I have found out about STUD is that he sure is silently and subtly, under the surface of the water, presumptuous and cocked sure of himself in his 24 years on this earth. He knows it "all" and strangely he knows "all" about me in such a way to completely turn my friendship and love for the sisters completely inside out and draw their ire! I wonder how he has, (like the Kings of whom in total I actually had very little contact over the last 30 years of being acquainted with them); become such an authority on my character! It is amazing how this youth has arrived at the truth for everyone else and me, at 51, has yet to learn in his opinion! The scripture does say that if a man thinks he stands let him take heed lest he fall. We all have to strive to be circumspect STUD and that means you too!
It is clear that the STUD likes to talk behind my back and spread around malicious gossip about my character. It surprises me that My Very Very Special Friends never let me know what STUD was saying so to verify its authenticity. It is clear a lot of people like to talk behind my back and spread malicious rumor and gossip. It is clear a lot of people want to believe the gossip. It is clear that in my experience those that embrace such gossip so quickly are usually hiding something similar or worse in their own background and use the false rumor about me to take the heat off themselves!
Let there be no doubt that through out this web site I have provided for anyone to enlighten me with his or her opinions. I have only received one response from one party with reference to the abuse I was getting in the Downer's Grove Police Department restroom while using their hand dryers about a year ago.
I specifically petitioned the sisters to correct me on any accountings I have made in my site about them or whatever for that matter. I did the same in the votive page as well as in this update.
I HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING BUT SILENCE! SILENCE GENERALLY SUGGESTS TRUTH AND/OR GUILT! I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE! I AM NOT ABOUT MAKING UP MALICIOUS STORIES. I JUST WANT THE SISTERS BACK IN MY CORNER AND WANT THE STUD OUT DUE TO HIS UNCONTESTED TRACK RECORD!

The record does not show the STUD to have a very good track record and I intend to explore that in a court of law sooner than later and all the "king's" horses and all the "king's" men will not be able to put Humpty STUD together again! SELAH!
The time for telling My Very Very Special Friend the whole truth and unbrainwashing and not sexually and psychologically controlling her and her sister is at hand STUD. You get her turned around and communicating with me as soon as possible as we were on December 21, 2001 or this litigation and financial vortex is going to get worse. You have the $1,000.00 bill with me already. I will pursue that in a court of claims in the very least! You are locked into litigation one way or the other STUD!

It has become very apparent that the STUD is a thief in the night like what appears to have happened on December 24, 2001 during the time that was to be my invite and then continued in intensity especially from circa January 20, 2002 through February 7, 2002. It is clear that he is NOT getting right with God himself but is going through the motions to impress the parishioners that nothing has happened and that he has nothing to worry about. In my case I position myself as John Paul Jones did when he said, "I have yet begun to fight"! SELAH!
Oh, and by the way, I can't wait to dig into his "coaches" when I find out who they are and I think I have a pretty good idea who they are.... time is running down "coaches" what are you going to do?! I think that there are going to be some real red faces at the least as this story unfolds!

In no way should this article or site be interpreted as a hostile move against the sisters. IN NO WAY AM I INTIMATING THAT THE SISTERS WERE ENGAGED IN PROSTITUTION. I had no indication in my experience that was a possibility. I am intimating that the STUD was subliminally getting them ready for it though. He has a unique ability to suck people into belief systems about other people and destroy the competition before his "facts" can be verified and thus get his objects of attention to do his bidding unquestioningly!
This article is merely an attempt to expose the STUD for what he is and how he operates so this harem master doesn’t take some other unsuspecting women to the “cleaners” and my tragedy with the sisters repeats itself with another like me!

UPDATE 4-29-2002 @ 8:28 P.M.:........LATEST ON THE NAPERVILLE TRAINS STATION ARREST AND THE BENCH WARRANT ARREST On last Friday, April 26, 2002 I met with the Naperville City Legal Department. On entering the Legal Department office near the Mayor's office I encountered an older male individual in fairly casual dress that you might take for someone of little import. He addressed me and asked who I was looking for and I replied that I was looking for the head of the department and looked at my notes and indicated a Frank Cuneo and a Jill Wilger. I was told that Jill was a part timer and that she was not in but that he was Frank Cuneo.
He then asked me if I was a Mr. Hubenat or something like that. I replied Huber. He said ok Mr. Huber.
I indicated that I was there to discuss the case on my arrests regarding the use of the train station restroom for two minutes.
He got his counsel together and the City Social Worker Mary Voiland and we met in the conference room and began reviewing the case issues.
It was clear that these prosecutors were not interested in hearing the context of the allegations or the background leading up to the arrests. I had to interject and of course I was accused of interrupting as well. It appeared to be much of a one-way street with the city being the power in control.
I diplomatically and also forcefully addressed the issues not allowing myself to become intimidated. Intimidation appeared to be the order of the day, as everything appeared to be on their terms.
Knowing that I was dealing with unsavory points of view and attitude I challenged them in Christian Spirit specifically in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit and through Christ's Blood. That blew Mr. Cuneo away. He did not want to deal with it. He then asked his associated if he felt offended. The associated said well yes he felt kind of offended. I said that is where I am at this point. I said that I have come to deal with this in a spirit of love.
These men were quick to want me to leave if I digressed in any way from their predesigned formula for dealing with me. I was being railroaded but held my ground. I wanted to make sure that if these men had any spiritual commitment that they would not misunderstand who they were dealing with and on what terms ultimately we were dealing with each other.
About three times Mr. Cuneo wanted to throw me out and demanded I leave. These were each time after I tried to assert my constitutional rights and view point regarding false arrest and if need be Federal Action under Title 42, Chapter 21, Section 1981 et seq.
Because of the fact that they wanted to go to it in the courtroom and even Federally. I reminded them that I was a seasoned 20-year veteran of legal practice on my own behalf. I believe that I related that I took Bolingbrook and Judge Moy to Federal court and it cost some in the double digits to defend. I related more similar background information.
I related that I am the publisher and editor of the Porcupine Quills and immediately Mr. Cuneo got up from his chair as if in pain putting his hand below his butt and saying oh I feel it already. Indicating that he felt the quills in his butt.
I said I would be sure to write about this meeting and include the names. He blew me off.
Finally after some of these issues sinking in we were able to get down to the facts and context and background of the train station scenario.
The bottom line after our haggling and them breaking to mull it over was that they want me to take court supervision with no fines just court costs and a non conviction on the charges. I had Mr. Cuneo give it to me in writing. He felt that I was blowing off the offer but I said I would take it under consideration.
I will be having it evaluated by various and sundry attorneys.
Tomorrow I go in for the hearing and will opt for a continuance to have legal review the options.
