UPDATE 1-5-2001 P.M.:
Yes, as you can see I am alive and well!
I am doing some computer fieldwork on a barter arrangement for computer time at this time. I have yet to get the Internet system up on the private system due to a menagerie of unforeseen problems lurking in the software and hardware of the computer of issue. New software has been requested and should be on its way this coming week.
I, by the way, have also been doing research and some precursory preparation on some Federal litigation that apparently will be necessary to launch. Time will tell! One thing for sure is that when I take the Defendants to court they will be taken on the basis of Christians before a Christian Judge and Spiritual ethics invoked accordingly. No loop holes, no digressing. Matthew Chapter 18, verses 1 through 17, Acts Chapter 5, verses 1 through 11 and Matthew 5 integrated with Federal and State Law will be the platform from which I intend to be working.
I have come into Downers Grove this afternoon so to secure some workable time on the internet so to address this site and get my e-mail overflow down to a normal level. Some of you may have noted that you cannot get an E-mail to me because they are bouncing. That is because as of around 12-23-2000 Lycos cut off my reception due to the overflow. I knocked out some junk mail and they let a little through last week and then cut it again on 12-30-2000.
The libraries that I am now able to use have very slow Internet and very limited times in which to conduct my needs. Hopefully, today and perhaps tomorrow I will be able to do some serious "damage" to my Internet circumstances!
Please stand by as I have some new material I will add to this site to embellish some information recently released on this site. Hopefully, that will happen this afternoon!

Please note that the computers at the Downers Grove Public Library apparently still have a problem with unknown hackers downloading or uploading data from my e-mail, internet hard drives and web sites when I have accessed them through my passwords. My secured hard drives do not appear to have been penetrated.
As far as the information I had hoped to give you on January 5, 2001.....we will have to wait for a little longer as I found out it is not in my current files but I can retrieve it elsewhere. The other letters and the like mentioned to be published prior to the holidays and not yet released are still on their way. My e-mail overload, lack of proper library computer time and the like have put a stop to my web site updates on a more regular basis. I hope to be able to provide updates in the later part of the week, usually on Friday or Saturday.
You will note that my store advertisements have been and are being updated but the store provider has created another setback by closing down without notice certain file links that created my ad graphics as well as certain products have been discontinued. I am searching for comparable replacements. Please bear with me as I sort through this mess and use alternative measures. Thank You.

Note:The entry that you see following was preempted by an apparent interception of my "save" last evening. That interception knocked out this page's contents all the way back to November 10, 2000.
Perhaps this "knock out" was intentional due to some Politico's or Politicos' agenda, maybe not, but the effect is the same. The article was delayed and perhaps thought destroyed along with the prior entries noted!

Something has come to my attention of which I am addressing at this point.
There are nuances that my critics are calling me a cry baby, throwing a tantrum, engaging in outbursts, is lack luster or saying that Scott can't have his cake and eat it too. For one, cake is for eating otherwise who wants it! As far as lack luster goes, I have found that I have been feeling much better since I have been out of PADS than when I was in the program in Dupage County! I wonder why that is? If you feed a plant hydrochloric acid, the plant will wither and die. If you feed it nourishing, fortified, "food" it will bloom. Extrapolate on that critics! Selah!
My critics do not want to deal with the realities of life themselves and yet they point a finger at me! I am not trying to be a hero, I am telling and going to be telling it like it is! They can label it and me anyway they want but they obviously forget one name and that is the name of LOVE! It is clear to me that beauty is in the eye of the beholder but some mentalities just do not apparently have the capacity to perceive beauty, patience and objectivity.
So if someone does not like having rank pulled on them they conjure up a story as Maureen did in getting me out of PADS under false pretenses. An admonishment turns out to be a tantrum. A legal warning turns out to be a threat on ones physical safety or well being! * A warning to a director that one will notify supporters to be aware of injustices in the organizations they support becomes labeled as an outburst,(as if one were in a high security boys reformatory under strict disciplinary rule and subordination as a Plebe, and mind you, I am 50 and for the most part they are junior to me), and justifies one later being woke up in the 11:15 PM hour and thrown out into the cold! This is how my critics like to work!
My critics need a scapegoat so they negatively label and characterize me so to put up a smoke screen to their own deception and failure! The fact is that they refuse to deal with the issues I have presented in a professional and intelligent way and they have resorted to deviously integrated red herrings! Is this* transference and psychotic or neurotic behavior on their parts? It has proven to me to be so!
My critics just simply have to get their priorities straight! The issues have been presented in context to the best of my awareness, ability and time available. I intend to further do so and expose the sham, Love willing!
It has come to my attention that I am not the only one in this county that has experienced my circumstances in some way, shape, or form.
By the way, Ms Carol Simler, to my knowledge, has still ignored my invitation to communicate in a cost effective manner. I am beginning to believe that what she is really afraid of is communication in print. I sense that PADS may be just trying to get me alone privately on their* turf and spring the psychological trap of "he said she said" and then tell me to prove it and then perhaps secure an arrest! I think I am being patient and have been extremely patient.
It truly seems that perhaps the only way to stimulate proper conduct from PADS is to continue preparing a very expensive Federal law suit specifically defining breech of public policy and good faith! Perhaps a few choice Federally administered fines laid at the feet of PADS leadership will "condition" them back to reality!
PADS is clearly impressing me and others that it is evolving into a machine that is insensitive to its mandate and that to help "homeless" people and enable them to get back on their "feet". It is more and more apparent that they are not looking for the truth but more interested in processing "bodies" so that they get paid for "doing their job". The more "bodies" that they process the more that they get paid! Sounds like a certain shelter I was at in Chicago the Summer of '99. Are all shelters evolving to this numbers game?
Social workers are frequently ganging up on people that show intelligence. They seem to have a propensity to eliminate any originality or individualism! They, ironically, are undoing peoples' ability to get out of their problems and appear to want to create more for "down and outers". Maybe it is just to make sure they have enough work to do so that they can keep their "fat" checks, relatively speaking, coming in!

At around 11:30 this morning Mr. Christopher Bowen approached me in the Downers Grove Public Library Computer Room with a letter warning or should I say allegations of infractions that I am to have committed.

Re: Disturbances in the Library
Over the past several months you have caused a number of disturbances in the Downers Grove Public Library, refusing to follow the direction of library staff and becoming loud and argumentative when staff attempt to enforce library procedures.
On October 14, December 15, and December 16, 2000 you refused to exit from the Internet workstations when staff informed you that the library was closing, preventing staff from completing closing procedures.
On October 8, October 17, November 13, and December 15 you refused to give up the computers when you were informed that your time was up and other patrons were waiting to use the computers. This denies other patrons with access to the library computers.
On November 24 you argued with staff about library procedures for requesting Internet computers.
Once again on January 31, 2001 you refused to give up an internet computer when staff informed you that another patron was waiting to use it and became very argumentative with staff trying to implement our rules.
Even though the rules have been explained to you many times, you refuse to abide by them . In all of the instances mentioned above you became loud and argumentative with staff when they tried to enforce our rules. On several occasions you threatened staff with federal lawsuits. Your conduct has alarmed and disturbed other library patrons, and frightened library staff members. This behavior will no longer be tolerated in the library. If you continue to refuse to follow the direction of the library staff or behave in this manner again you will be required to leave the library and will not be permitted to return for a period of three months.

I know for sure, that yesterday there was no refusal to give up an Internet computer. There was hostility or over zealousness in requiring me to get off the computer when the computer slowed up and prevented my proper logging off...a must for security on public computers. It is conceivable that (someone) here at the library (or on the networks) deliberately put a slow down on the computer so to cause my unintentional overlay of maybe 3 to 5 minutes.
These people and I have been over this ground before and this attack is nothing but malicious technocratic malevolence at least. It follows with the allegations I made prior that the DGPL and PADS at the (Monday night site) in Downers Grove (deleted) were in collusion to get me out of the Downers Grove matrix. This "warning" is further proof that they are trying to manufacture and falsify evidence that I have been improper in my conduct just as Maureen at the church feigned my conduct to Kathy the PADS supervisor that barred me from the church that night of December 4, 2000.
I believe the director, Christopher Bowen, is trying to arrange my arrest on false pretenses. I will stay in touch as much as possible. If you do not here from me even later today I may have been incarcerated. If I am incarcerated, I have no money to make bail. I will be, again, indefinitely retained in jail and they may start their psychological and psychiatric harassment and torture (in my experience and opinion) as they did in November of 1998 when I was incarcerated at the Dupage County Complex Jail (for circa 26 days).
I will "rot" there until someone bails me out, it appears.
I was shaking after (Mr.) Bowen gave me this letter that I read. I am shaking not due to fear that I have committed a wrong, of which I have not, but because I know that these people do not play by the rules and that their credibility in ethics and honesty is ZERO,(in my experience on these issues)! Who knows what they might try! (This confrontation is NOT the only occasion that I have found myself shaking due to the hostility here at Downers Grove Public Library for the same reasons. Not only have I found myself shaking but I have also been severely distracted by the pettiness and hostility which has interfered with my exercising my First Amendment rights and interfered with my commerce as many of my readers have seen the effects of same by unfinished work on this web site!)
(Mr.) Bowen said that if I want to talk about it he would be in his office. That is a trap and I informed his librarian here at the computer room that I would do my communications via the internet!
I will need a scan of this letter as soon as possible so I can put up the actual evidence on my site and prevent destruction of this paperwork!
I will further embellish this e-mail for you and the web site as I get time but I wanted to get this to you ASAP in case I am suddenly detained and unable to do so further!
Shortly after this sudden and unprovoked confrontation by Mr. Bowen, I shared the letter with those around me. Another party who has been at PADS and been often in this computer room suddenly addressed me by my first name and demanded that I be silent. I informed him that this is not a quiet room and that the quiet rooms are at the North end of the library. He insisted that this is a quiet area and I reinforced the quiet room locations. An older patron then interjected and insisted that this is a library and thus a quiet area.
I responded stating that the area is not a quiet area and that normal conversation is allowed. I further stated that I was not yelling or screaming but holding a normal conversation. I further stated that perhaps the content of the conversation is not to their liking but it was not improper to communicate with the other party who was willingly receptive of my conversation. Both appeared to me to have their "noses" out of joint and I did perceive that they were going to try to make an issue of it to the librarians of which may have happened but I have received no present confrontations from the director or staff.
I informed two of the librarians at the desk that I would be not be communicating with Mr. Bowen except via the Internet. I further told them that I would subpoena the names of the librarian staff that have made the allegations in the letter presented to me today by Mr. Bowen. I will do this if they push the issue. It is clear that Downers Grove Public Library is trying their best to make this patron feel and be unwelcome just like PADS has done in the Downers Grove 5 scenario!

More on Downers Grove Public Library...
In addition to the events noted in the prior update, when I addressed one of the librarians that was at the desk about the situation I was given the bums rush and was walked away from as I spoke. She went into the computer room blatantly being rude under the guise of having to take care of a patron yet not be courteous to the patron, myself, at hand. I had to restate and repeat myself so that I would not be taken out of context, as taking me out of context seems to be a common past time here at this library.
This particular librarian is believed to be the same librarian that apparently lodged the accusations alleging that I refused to get off the computer when she demanded on January 31, 2001. My recollection of the scenario was that she notified me that my time was up prior to it being up. She had clearly "jumped the gun" and expected me to leave at that time but did not emphasis immediate disengagement from the computer just that my time was up of which it was not.
Due to the fact that the computer was not expeditiously functional I was overlaid about three minutes. This overlay was specifically prompted by the fact that the computer often bogs down when the "chips" are down. It is interesting to note that this has happened frequently during the last five to ten to fifteen minutes that I am to use the computer and be off by request.
I, in the past, have been coerced by librarians who refused to take into consideration that computers, ironically, don't always cooperate with schedules. It is clear harassment when a librarian ignores this fact and prefers to coerce a current patron in favor of coddling a new arrival!
As you will note in the Bowen letter, the director himself made an issue of ME preventing other patrons their rights. My question is what about librarian interpreted policy implementation that simply does not take into consideration the rights of the current patron and the investment that patron has in his work while using said computer. It is interesting that the mandate of the library is to serve the patron but current patrons are customarily subordinated to an incoming or new patron's rights!
I have frequently brought to light the fact the it is unfair to the current patron's rights to be prevented proper saving of ones work as well as securing the systems the current patron was using from invasion of privacy, theft of work product and hacking. This "tiny" point goes in one "ear" and out the other! The presumption is that the current patron is being dishonest and taking advantage of the circumstances!
Certainly this poise on the part of librarian interpreted policy is NOT professional as it very clearly insults the integrity and spirit of the current patron and is destructive of that patron's investment in time and work product. Again, it is well known that computers bog down frequently and disrupt schedules. The current patron should not be held responsible for the library's failure to make sure its computers are functioning in such a way so as to enable the current patron to comply with the schedules the library imposes by agreement on the patron.
Resultantly the library is obligated to give its patron users the consideration, flexibility and courtesy that professionalism, common sense and ethics evoke. Simply put, same means that the library should give the benefit of the doubt to the user. It also should be taking into consideration, just a tad, perhaps the background, credentials and seniority of the party that is having the problem especially in light of the fact that the library already knows that they frequently have computer slowdowns and failures.
Later on in this same day, I was given the ten-minute notice and complied exactly on the dot. While I was walking out the door of the computer room, the next patron threw a subtle tantrum grunting and clearing his throat and looking at his watch. At that point in time, it was one minute in excess of the ten-minute limit. I had complied with the limit, as the standard is not to be out of the computer room by the ten-minute limit but rather to be off the computer. I responded to this patron harassment with two words "hair splitting". He winced as he made the corner of the door into the computer room and that was the end of it.
It is clear to me that not only the certain librarians, especially those associated with or supervisory of those associated with the computer room, but also certain patrons have been involved with what clearly looks like a vendetta of collusion to defame me and get me out of the library permanently if not arrested. Please note the three-month penalty that the Director threatens. It might be construed as "wolf packing"!
The same observation could be construed from the scenario that occurred immediately after Mr. Bowen had served me with his "warning" letter prior noted. The PADS patron, who comes across to me to be a little more than "just" a PADS patron and patron of the computer room, has on a number of occasions taken a very authoritative stance toward me when any conversations I might be engaged in are of issue. He, in what might be labeled as a "parental" way, addresses me by my first name and he is believed to be my junior and relatively new to the PADS scene! He has come across more so as a low profile yet purposeful observer who has yet to show all his "cards". This dominant poise may be, if he is a legitimate needy PADS participant, the reason he is in PADS due to the rub that employers might experience with the "authoritative dominant parental" aura he exudes when dealing with especially those his senior!
The elderly lady that also took issue with my conversation with the willing listener patron was clearly biased to the content of my conversation. I would believe that if I were talking about Gooey Bears or Knitting I would not have received her hostile input. Even later, when I kindly approached her letting her know of my concern in Christian spirit and stating that there is something very wrong in this county and that I would appreciate her getting the context about my circumstances by reading my web pages, she "blew me off". I believe as she left the computer room she may have made comment to the librarian at the desk as she had signaled to get a librarian to suppress me prior. It could be construed that she and the "PADS participant" were not coincidentally located in the computer room at the particular time that Mr. Bowen "just happened" to present me with a letter that, for starters, coincidentally had my name misspelled. Same suggests a quiet assault and disrespect toward me possibly designed to draw and condition me to ire so that I could be later tripped up for removal, while these hostile patrons "just happened" to be present for the fireworks and embellish it!
Over the approximately two years, that I have more frequently used this library, it has also been noted that a number of persons, (as did the PADS participant and the elderly lady), seem to take an authoritative stance toward me clearly imposing their standards as to what the conduct should be in the library and NOT consider what the reality of custom and rule is for conduct in the library and computer room. I have in the past, as I did on Thursday, had to exert a counter authoritative stance that pointed out the realities of conduct and custom in this library. I have had to point out to those who objected to my conduct in the reading area and the computer room that the quiet areas are set aside in the library at the North area of the library floor. I further pointed out to these hypercritical persons that they had no right to impose their restrictions on myself or those who participated with me that we could not talk in the general and computer areas of the library.
It is clear that when I get on subject matter that they want to suppress that these patrons and librarians often chime in with a technocratic aberration of policy that simply is not the case or in effect! These patrons are often persons that I have never seen before and who simply have assumed standards to be enforced that are not in fact applicable. The librarians simply ignore ones comments and walk away as I pointed out earlier!
It has also been noted that these librarians and patrons fore noted have in fact interfered with my equal access rights to use the Internet and other computers...

UPDATE 2-4-2001 P.M.:Ok folks here is more on this series of events.....
To see an example of the damage to the prior file I am including the last two paragraphs and what followed as gibberish or corruption.(Which See) In retrospect I realized that this is the second time of late that a "save" was apparently intercepted while saving to my Internet site. The first occurred the other day as I prior reported and today is the second. The save on MS Word on the local network yesterday was an additional interference that corrupted and destroyed my update. Yes it appears that these apparent intercepts are designed to destroy my documentation and the momentum of recollection and focus that I have included in same documents. The timing of these apparent intercepts is very provocative of deliberate interference and hacking.
Yesterday I went back to the computer on which the apparent intercept occurred. I checked the Temp files and strangely NO hint of the document was on the drive. I did a file search and found no hint of the file on the drive. I came up a complete zero. No backup file was found. Moreover, as you can see, the gibberish is in the balance of the file I did manage to recover on my floppy disk.
MS Word saved the file but suddenly came up saying that it had run out of disk space. Normally the program will indicate a disk space problem before saving anything and give you the alternative to save to another disk. This did not happen thus it leads me to believe that while I was saving my document that deliberate interference was run that injected gibberish into the save which exceeded the disk's space limits. It suggests that the file was savable but suddenly during the save additional information was forced into the save causing the file to corrupt and fail to properly save my document.
At this point, I cannot recall the actual train of thought that I had written down nor how much of the file is missing. I reread the whole update to the point of corruption but could not stimulate a recollection of the exact content I imparted in the missing information. I will just have to wait until I am again inspired in that train of thought and then present it here!
Ok folks, I was given couple of minutes warning to get off the computer and attempted to save this document and again as occurred a couple of days ago my file save was intercepted at approximately 15:10 CST this afternoon and NONE of this update was saved on my web site that you are now reading!
Additionally, strangely the editor on the web site provider's system lost my new information so I could not go and page back to it and resave it! I, fortunately, had a backup on the computer in another editor so this time I did not lose today's update. I had to close my site and wait until my next opportunity to get on the computer to again attempt to save this update on line. Of which you are now reading.
I will further embellish this account hopefully this afternoon!
In reference to Downers Grove Public Library librarian interface, I will relate another scenario that occurred on or about Tuesday evening this last week, January 30, 2001.
In another episode of what appeared to me to be technocratic hyperbole and railroading I was quite certain I heard a couple of the computer desk librarian assistants making comment that ... it was seven after the hour and that it is unfair.
I had just exited the computer room and overheard what I have noted above. The party that went into the computer room after me gave me no apparent static. I then turned and asked the male assistant about what he felt was unfair. He denied that he said anything to the effect that I believe I heard. When I gave him more information that might jog his memory I was met with critical and perhaps parental resistance by the female librarian that in effect implied that I was badgering the male assistant. I informed her that I was only trying to jog his memory and I saw no resistance on his part to cooperate.
I asked the female librarian if she heard what I was referring to and she denied any such conversation.
It appeared that the female librarian wanted to escalate the situation into an argument and she was argumentative. I simply stated that she was picking a fight with me and that I merely was trying to jog the fellows memory and that I really have been around the block before. She really left me with the impression that she was reading into my demeanor an putting words into my mouth and trying find fault with my inquiry in a way that suggested I should know better*but as if I did not know any better. I left the desk and did not address the situation any further.
The scenario that appeared to me to be of issue is the timing of, again, leaving the computer. I left the computer, as I recall, within two minutes of the deadline! I left the computer room within five minutes of the deadline. It appeared that I was judged on not being out of the computer room at the end of the ten-minute limit.
It is clear to me that frequently the librarians and assistants have NOT been observant of the time I leave the computer and have NOT timely signaled the next user that I am off the computer and that they may use it. The party who was next was standing off to the west of the desk looking at me as I approached the desk from the east and was still waiting for the librarian assistant to give her the go ahead to use the computer I had left two to three minutes prior! It appeared to me that the conversation I believe I had heard was referring to myself and it was stated in plain hearing. If this was so I believe the librarian assistant was faulty in noting when I actually got off the computer! The librarians denied that anything of the sort was said!
UPDATE 2-5-2001 A.M.: Some food for thought DuPage County!

In light of the rather heavy scrutiny, I have received especially at the Downers Grove Public Library. Perhaps a good parallel of the kind of technocratic exactness that has been imposed on me making my stay at DGPL very distasteful, hectic* and counterproductive to my research, business and litigious goals would be fairly exemplified if each of the troublesome patrons, librarians, the director and certain other employees were to be similarly scrutinized by a governmental agency for compliance with governmental policy.
A good down home implementation would be for the local police to focus on each of them as they have on me only as to their driving habits and compliance exactly with the letter of traffic law and perhaps, as the DGPL does, read into it a little to spice it up like they do!
In other words, no rolling stops at stop signs. When one would stop at an intersection, they would not overshoot the stop line. No going through railroad crossings even when just the bells or lights are signaling.* No "floating" a turn on red. No improper lane usage or failure to signal* with special focus on especially a lane change. No speeding even one mile an hour over the limit. No warnings just wham bam give them a ticket. Presence NOT TO BE ALLOWED ONE MINUTE AFTER THEIR PARKING LIMIT HAS EXPIRED without a ticket,* (that is what they did to me in Naperville). Get a few witnesses to exaggerate and / or falsify facts about their conduct on the road, road rage, yelling and screaming ¡¦and I think you get my drift.
* If they even look cross-eyed at the officer and say one word in their defense or make a suggestion how a problem occurred or might be avoided they immediately be so noted as having become argumentative having had an uncontrolled incoherent outburst being disrespectful to as well as disturbing the peace and tranquility of the officer as well as the People of the State of Illinois which could be construed as disorderly conduct which should require appropriate measures such as incarceration and evaluation by a psychiatrist who will recommend psychotropic drugs so to calm them down because they seem agitated! Thus a psychiatric record can be established which can be used in court against their mental stability and competence to stand trial when they challenge the charges. In addition, if they make bail God help them if they are late to court even with emergency notice! They may find themselves incarcerated for an indefinite amount of time in which additional psychiatric scrutiny may be exacted which could result in their indefinite stay at Elgin with a total disregard for their social and legal rights and responsibilities elsewhere!
Finally, I think that if this type strict discipline should be exacted on them for the same period of time that they exacted their overzealous strictures on myself while at their institutions, I would like to see how welcome they would feel daily when they entered the local jurisdiction, how efficiently they would be able to operate daily and do their work and how practical it would be for their presence to be within it with a good attitude all through the day especially when their pocket book has been affected making it difficult for them to pay their bills and make ends meet!

On a similar note this morning I was preparing, as I do EACH DAY, to make sure that I am "sweet smelling". In doing so I usually dry out my shoes as they are used at this point 24/7. The reason for this extended use is primarily for self-defense precautions.
Believe it or not, one of the Downers Grove employees interrupted me as I was using the hand dryer and told me to use it less. He was afraid that I would wear out the "brushes" in the motor from constant use.
I would use the dryer long enough to make sure the shoes were dry. It would take probably anywhere from three to five minutes each shoe. I have found it necessary to maintain a constant flow of hot air so to evaporate the moisture effectively.
Apparently, someone in the vicinity noticed the hand dryer on for a "long" period of time and said something to the employee as to why it was on like that.
I informed the employee that the dryer is used only a few minutes a day out of about 95% of the day that it is not and that it seemed certainly an exaggeration to say that my use would wear out the brushes anymore than any other use.
He in essence implied that the duty cycle was not designed for such sustained use. I replied that the dryer is not even being used as frequently as those at Union Station are in Chicago.
Keep in mind that it is these same people that will often be the first to criticize my hygiene if I am not up to their normally funded standards! Not to mention and God forbid we even get on the subject of what librarian hyper perceptive olfactory standards might be over and above that!* They seem to be especially genetically engineered so to perceive even the slightest variation from a shower fresh fragrance as they do variances from their policies which includes reading into their policies especially if one happens to carry any baggage with them.....God help a shopper who drops in while on a shopping spree!
It has become very apparent to me that my critics are very astute at hypercriticism but are equally astute at making sure that the means with which myself and others would comply with their hypercriticism are made inconvenient or removed from our use.
Caste System? DuPage County!

TECHNICAL DIFFICULTY OR INTERFERENCE NOTE!
Yesterday I was testing my e-mail sender within this web site and discovered that my e-mail was not getting to my e-mail box. I discovered that I have received no e-mail via this web page access since November 10, 2000.
I have notified the provider of the problem and am waiting for their response! If you have been trying to send me e-mail please use one of the free e-mail services,(mailcity.com, yahoo.com, hotmail.com, mail.com etc!), if you have no provider already and use my e-mail address: ("click here"): smail@dr.com
It is also possible, if you tried to call me via my New York City or 800 phone numbers, that your message never got to me due to the fact that another provider that handles those messages had a technical failure which prevented me to receive any e-mail notifications in that service between December 18,2000 and January 20, 2001.
It is interesting to note the "coincidence" of communications being down in both services at approximately the same time during what is usually a retailer's and one of a servicer's most productive sales period! You will note that I also had difficulty with computer access due to my sudden ousting from PADS during that period which also contributed to my inability to put up my Christmas advertising and sales specials!

IT IS) or they will burn out too. It's the same type of motor! What kind
of a NUT is He? And I don't mind if you tell him I said he is a NUT! Oh
one thing more, tell him not to turn on the lights because they might
burn out the filaments in the light bulbs. God Almighty What an CENSORED!
Maybe it's time I get some friends together and go up there to air out
the place. We could all eat hot Italian sausage, followed by Prunes,
followed by BEER before arriving. I guarantee you we could certainly
change the fragrance of things. So how absurd it is to insult you...! So keep publishing, we're reading, and we're forwarding.

THE STORY IN BRIEF:
On February 8, 2001, Downers Grove Public Library librarians Ms. Bonnie Reid and Marty required me to leave the library under the pretense that I violated library policy by passing a flyer to a fellow computer user and tersely orienting him to its nomenclature. I was told that I violated the "lengthy conversation" policy,(that had just been enacted in the computer room). I was threatened with police action if I did not immediately leave.
I was required not to come to the library for one day.
On Saturday, February 10, 2001, at about 10:30 A.M. Downers Grove Public Library Director Mr. Christopher F. Bowen served me with a letter of eviction from the library and denial of future access for three months based on same "lengthy conversation" infringement of policy indicated my Ms. Reid.
Ms. Reid, by the way, is the same librarian that told me over a year and a half ago "why don't you go somewhere else" when I asked her assistance with a legitimate library related problem of which I was working.
On Thursday afternoon, February 8, 2001, on or about 1:30 P.M. during a friendly conversation with a fellow computer user next to me at the end of the computer room where "walk ups" are located I was accosted by the party I mentioned in my updates recently. He was the same party that I mentioned to be authoritative, parental and instigative. Informed sources indicated his name is Steve Rabb. He is about 5-foot ten inches medium muscular build with very dark brown to black hair. He wears no glasses and has fairly heavy or thick facial features. He is apparently a resident of Downers Grove in that he uses the Downers Grove cardholders' computers. He has been a PADS participant.
This accostation that I have prior mentioned was basically a rude interruption of my mutual conversation with the gentleman next to me. Mr. Rabb TOLD us to lower our voices just as I was about to share specific experiences of interference I have been experiencing on the Downers Grove computers.
It was clear that Mr. Rabb did not want to hear nor want others present to hear the content of that conversation so he used the fallacious allegation that we were talking too loud and disturbing his concentration.
He further stated that the room was a quiet room and that I should not be talking. I informed him that we had been through this before and that that is not the case. I reiterated that the quiet area of the library is at the north end of the floor. He insisted that the computer room was a quiet area. I stated that he was mistaken and that he was clearly forcing his standards on everyone else. I stated that I have been coming here for two years now and have observed the CUSTOM of conduct in the computer room. Conversations were not prohibited and this was not a quiet room.
At some point I instructed Mr. Rabb to address me as Mr. Huber not Scott. I wanted to distance myself as well as establish a more formal stance. I do believe Mr. Rabb is my junior by maybe 10 years. He insisted on addressing me by Scott and I reinforced that it was Mr. Huber. I then asked Mr. Rabb what his name was and he said Mr. Rabb and I did not hear it clearly and asked him to repeat it and he repeated it. I then thanked him for giving me his name and I sensed that I caught him off guard getting him to give me his name.
Mr. Rabb at some point made a comment that apparently was designed to intimidate me into submission to his will. He said something like I do not know who I am up against or with whom I am dealing. He threatened to call the police. I informed him that he was the problem and that if he would stop his trouble making there would be no problem.
He insisted on enforcing his point of view on conversations and others chimed in saying that all of us were interfering with the rest of them.
I pointed out to Mr. Rabb and the others that the issue was not one talking but rather my talking and / or the content of which I was talking. Mr. Rabb admitted the content was what he did not want to hear. He said he did not want to hear about what we were talking. I told Mr. Rabb to stand down and he continued to contest and threatened to get or file a complaint with the police. I said go ahead. Mr. Rabb proceeded to go out of the computer room and apparently notified the librarian desk of his "problem".
The librarian, who has prior been noted to call me a liar defamatorily and openly in front of other patrons, told me with the party with whom I was conversing that conversations are NOT banned but are to not be lengthy.
I related that that is a new interpretation and has not been the CUSTOM here prior. I related with Mr. Rabb's presence that he had already admitted that it was the content of the conversation not the conversation level that was the problem.
It seems to me that certain patrons do not want me to relate my experiences at DGPL to people generally and perhaps new persons or persons I should befriend at DGPL within DGPL. It is clear to me that these people are trying to isolate me into their control groups and make an issue of my conduct when I try to convey my circumstances and just plain gang up on me. It clearly suggests to me that there is a vendetta of some sort or level to get me out of the Downers Grove Public Library and especially the computers and ultimately my business/newspaper site on the Internet.
While we were talking, three other supervisory librarians came into the room. They reinforced the first librarian and I reinforced what I had stated prior about CUSTOM over the last two years. They insisted that I end my conversation of which I had already done. Mr. Rabb insisted in making more comments that were demeaning to me such as that I was a troublemaker and bother everyone and the like. I informed him that there was no problem until he interfered. I indicated that I was having a reasonable conversation with the gentleman next to me and there was no yelling or screaming or loud conversation.
The party I was talking with next to me said that we could take our conversation elsewhere later and I said we could but that we should not have to do that.
Mr. Rabb and I were both told that if the problem continued between he and I, we would both be asked to leave the library.
Mr. Rabb got in another negative comment and I informed the first librarian that that was not necessary and she agreed.
At some point here a woman piped up, as I recall, just prior to
Ms. Reid and Marty coming into the library just after the initial
librarian encounter ended and they left. She was seated at a microfiche
reader about midway from the door to where I was seated. She indicated
that my conversation was now disturbing her concentration. I stated
that I just wanted them to know what was going on with Mr. Raab or something to that effect. This woman was Caucasian, blond and perhaps in her 40s about medium build.
Mr. Rabb left and then came back again. I had turned to resume my
work as the party I was originally talking to agreed with me to
continue our "lengthy conversation" later.
While I was working I just happened to turn around to see why it
was absolutely stone quiet. I noticed two librarians standing near the center of the room. One was standing in a provocatively angry stance almost as if she was patting her foot on the ground just waiting to pounce on someone. She appeared decidedly provoked with a very sullen look on her face. The other librarian was also of a similar but less pronounced stance. Both were looking at me. These two librarians were Bonnie Reid and Marty respectively. Ms. Reid was apparently the head supervisor at the time.
I continued to do my work on the computer. At some point I thought
that the party next to me might like to look at my web site and
get the context of my circumstances with out further "lengthy conversation". I went into my attache case and pulled out one of my flyers of which I have been circulating to drum up business and inform the public of my circumstances as well provide my web site, phone and e-mail communications avenues.
I gave the sheet to the gentleman and said that this explains the
scenario of which I have been dealing and attempted to show him the URL on the paper and the e-mail address. While I did this the
two librarians advanced on me an instructed that I would have to
leave. I indicated that I had done nothing wrong.
They insisted that I was causing a problem and that I would have to leave. I reiterated that I did nothing wrong. I stated that the
admonishment given by her subordinate was not violated as we were
instructed not to carry on "lengthy conversations" and that I was in compliance with that directive. I further reinforced the fact that the subordinate did not instruct us not to converse at all.
As this conversation took place Amy a third librarian came up and
insisted that I was disturbing the other patrons and that was unacceptable.
Ms. Reid insisted that I leave or that they would send for the police
and that the police would help me leave. I said this could go to Federal
Court and there can be significant fines and they still insisted.
I paused for a moment and sorted out my circumstances and options
and then said all right I will leave. I asked for how long I was
to be banned from the library. They said that it would be for one day. I understood the balance of that day. Ms. Reid stated that Mr. Bowen would be notified of the circumstances. I got the impression that there might be further repercussions. (Perhaps the 30-day ban!)
I indicated that I would comply but that they would have to bear
with me as I logged out of my programs.
I had about four or five programs I was logged into and for security
reasons could just not shut them down. When I got to the last program,
I was experiencing lengthy delay and they stated that shutting off
the computer would clear out the system. I said I would kill the
program by canceling the browser but would hold them responsible if any illegal entry resulted. Ms. Reid agreed to take the responsibility.
I asked them each their names and got Ms. Reid's name and noted
her head supervisory status and also obtained the first names of the other two. I asked for their last names and they refused citing
that that was not for my information. I asked why and Ms. Reid stated
policy regulations set down by, I believe she said, Mr. Bowen the director. I wrote their names down and then got up and packed and left my computer station.
As I left the computer room a man by the door seated at one of the
microfiche readers, who I believe had laughed when I threatened library staff with Federal litigation, piped up indicating that he was a judge.
I then asked him of what jurisdiction was he a judge? He said not
that kind of judge but that he was judging me. I asked him his name
and he refused to identify himself and I said fine I would remember his face. I looked at him again as I exited the room from a side view as well. He seemed to take special note that I made the remark of remembering his face and kind of turned his head as if to prevent me from seeing him clearly.
This party is Caucasian, about my age or more and has dark brown hair and rather thin features with a rather legal or administrative or boardroom type posture. His hair seemed to be short or tightly groomed almost looking like a flat top but not.
As I left the main library first floor area and as I proceeded out of
the elevator the two librarians, Ms. Bonnie Reid and Marty, were waiting at the base of the stairway where the elevator also opens.
I proceeded out toward the south main entrance and stated in effect
that this eviction was illegal and when it happens my porcupine
quills go up and I will present this in my Internet paper. I believe
that I reinforced my Federal litigious rights to take this action to that court or add it to those issues to be taken to Federal court.
I was followed all the way out of the library from the second floor to the front door on the main level.
While I was leaving the main first level area in front of the book
check out desks Mr. Rabb was present and asserting that he would
settle this with me outside. He clearly intimidated my physical well-being. I asserted that I would see him in court. I stated that
that would be the way I will settle this. He was aggressive and
moved toward me thus assaulting me at one point but I disengaged it by the court assertion.
I made sure that Ms. Reid and Marty who were present took note that
Mr. Rabb had threatened me and I left without further conversation.
I did not see them restrain his threat nor admonish him for making it.
This is the main thrust of the events at the Downers Grove Library
that occurred on Thursday, February 8, 2001. The order of events may not be exact but they are close to the chronology of verbalizations as I recall them.
I met someone at the train station who informed me of Mr. Rabb's first name being Steve. I caught the 2:24 P.M. Metra to Naperville and got out of the area of the Downers Grove Public Library and prepared this report.
I returned to the Downers Grove Public Library on Saturday, February 10, 2001 at around 10:15 AM. I proceeded to the computer library desk after a short stop at the restroom. The mid-aged woman with long blondish to light brown hair took my request for the use of the computer and accepted my card but hesitated when I asked to use the number seven terminal due to the fact that she said that I was to wait as Mr. Bowen would be up to talk to me in a few minutes.
I said fine, (I knew what was coming). It was just what I thought
and related prior in this report. I immediately went over to a PADS
patron and notified him that I was about to be talked to by Mr.
Bowen and asked him to "listen up".
Mr. Bowen approached me and promptly served me with a letter, which
stated that I again have violated library procedure by disturbing
the patrons Thursday and refused to obey librarian instructions.
It said that I am now suspended from the use of the library for three months. It further said that if I came back to the library I might be in essence arrested.
I addressed him by his first name and informed him that he was
violating Federal law, denying my equal access rights, and I probably
said that he was denying my First Amendment rights as well. I informed him that I would see him in Federal court and that I would have his job as well as that of any board member that instigated this action.
I simultaneously took the letter and scanned it visually and then
put it away and went back to the computer desk and got my cart and
told the librarian there, same one above, that I would subpoena
the librarian's names and I looked her square in the eyes as I said
it. She has come across, especially lately, as rude. It seems that most of the librarians in the section and their supervisors ganged up on me on this one.
I informed her and Director Bowen that communications to inquire about policy and application of policy and communications focused on problems in library procedure designed to secure reasonable amicable solutions is not disturbing the patrons or a violation of policy.
Amy, another librarian: the same Amy from Thursday's confrontation, then
accompanied Director Bowen as he and I went to the stairs and elevator respectively.
I impressed on him that he would be responsible for this action in Federal court. I looked Amy sternly square in the eye and acknowledged her presence.
Amy and Director Bowen went down the stairs and I took the elevator at which time when I came out the door at the main floor they were both waiting at the bottom of the stairs. I again informed them that I would be taking legal action and left out the main entrance south.

February 1, 2001 you received a written statement describing the
disturbances you have caused in the library and your repeated refusal
to follow the direction of library staff and comply with the rules
of the library . In that statement you were warned that this behavior
would no longer be tolerated, and that if it happened again you
would be required to leave the library and not permitted to return for a period of three months.
On February 9, 2001 you disturbed other library patrons by holding
a long conversation in the computer room. When a patron complained
about the disturbance you began arguing with that patron. When library
staff asked you to quiet down, you ignored that request. Staff then
ordered you to leave the library and you again refused to follow
their direction until you were warned that the police would be called
if you did not leave the building.
In the written warning you were given on February 1, 2001 you were
informed that if you continued this type of behavior you would be
barred from the library for a period of three months. You must leave
the building immediately and you are not permitted to return to
the Downers Grove Public Library until May 9, 2001. If you attempt
to enter the library before that date, the police will be called
and a complaint may be filed against you.

Think about it folks, a stranger decides to impose his standards on the group of computer users in the computer room. He creates a scene and threatens police action, makes sniping remarks about myself and threatens me bodily, I am the one that is told that I have to leave, and at this point, I am not to return for three months! Again, from my experience and point of view the credibility factor of the librarians and director involved is ZERO! Consider their track record related elsewhere in this web site!
The ramifications of the Downers Grove Public Library sanctions: No cost effective access to an Internet computer. No access to a cost effective color printer with which I can produce my business flyers of which many of you have seen. No cost effective access to a word processor either.
If I go to libraries along a bus route I have to pay $1.10 each way minimum. Those libraries are greatly restricted in their options of computer access time and computer and Internet functionality as compared to the Downers Grove Public Library. Libraries accessible via the Metra route perhaps are more functional but have no color printers and my cost to transit round trip is $3.90 minimum depending on how far the library I am going to is. As many of you know already, I use my funds these days very stringently.
My financial resources have been primarily limited to past business transacted, which has been few and far between due to my communications having been interfered with especially this last Christmas season. Donations have been slim the last two months but a very special thanks to those of you who have unselfishly helped!
It looks like a long haul ahead folks. Even when one files legal suits Informa Pauperis one needs basic supply funds!
A word to the wise...when I begin my legal research and preparation I charge a minimum of $400.00 per hour as do other senior heads of their legal departments!
A final thought: what do you do with a public facility or judges that make up their rules as they go along and change them at will?

Mr. Bowen is quick to characterize differences of opinion or perception or objective evaluation and input as argumentation and argumentation intrinsically as an evil. Perhaps he should take some advice from Thomas Jefferson!
UPDATE 2-18-2001 P.M.: Just a note of needs due to the impact of my illegal removal from the Downers Grove Public Library:
The sooner I get a wheel for my mountain bike the sooner I can take the load off my transportation costs. I need a 26" 5 to 7 gear moutain bike rear wheel...just rim and hub and spokes no tire is necessary. A used wheel is fine. Anyone junking a similar bike with a good rear wheel will be great! It is clear that ITs are interfering with my communications and file uploads to ALL of my Internet web sites and e-mail. Today I attempted to upload scanned files containing court files that I have pledged to you my readers that I would publish with reference to my court experiences especially in Du Page County. Every attempt has been hampered. Web uploads; e-mail attachments and the like are being prevented.
As a solution to this interference by ITs I am asking some person or persons or business or businesses or the combination thereof who believes in the First Amendment right of Lawful Freedom of Speech to consider the possibility of providing me and provide me with a notebook computer capable of durable, efficient and cost effective wireless Internet communications. I believe that this will circumvent the majority of interference that I am experiencing.
A notebook computer will enable access at any time anywhere and greatly increase my access time without harassment and invasion of privacy at these institutions. It will change the playing field drastically for these networkers of interference and hostility.
In the very least I need someone's system through which I may continue my communications unimpeded and uninvaded!
This problem has been experienced at four of the libraries that I have been using of late. It must be stopped. I don't believe there is any legitimate grounds for any public system to prevent uploads. No virus threat is impending via uploads. Ironically these same facilities allow downloads of which viral threats are imminent!
Enough is enough folks! These people are directly interfering with my right to redress my grievances and prepare confidential research and legal strategy without being circumvented by politicos that are trying to suppress the truth!

This company received it at 09:42 CDT and noted this event at approximately 10:30 AM CDT this morning. Never the less we are in progress making mirror sites to utilize almost instantaneously if this event ever repeats itself!

UPDATE 8-1-2001 P.M.: Interference Update.... Whether it was a hacker or a typo, I have noted that my New York City phone number was NOT correct. It was published as 347-412-2962. The CORRECT FAX ONLY NUMBER IS: 347-412-2982 !!! Sorry for the inconvenience if you tried to use that prior number.
Also, please keep in mind that the access to the e-mail service that delivers the fax transmissions to me has also been hacked or for some reason inaccessible. I will let you know just as soon as I know when it can be returned to normal service! I have yet to get a response from the carrier to my specific inquiry of service access interruption.
On another front, please be patient and do not become discouraged due to the lack of updates, as they have been only temporarily delayed. A deluge of updates will be coming that cover somewhere in the vicinity of the last six months. I have been keeping comprehensive notes via e-mail communications to contacts during the periods of divisiveness that has kept this site in lock down or inaccessible one way or the other. UPDATE 8-14-2001 P..M.: Computer Needs Update....
As you have read through out this web site, my computer access needs have been prevented in a very methodical networked way. It is clear that due to this prevention of my computer access my web sites: newspaper, business ads, personal pages and communications that are very basic freedoms, (First Amendment for starters), that most people take for granted have also been prevented.
These interferers take the form of librarians, library "patrons" and who knows whom. They scrutinize my demeanor, appearance and hygiene with technocratic microscopic precision not only on a daily basis but frequently through each day. They sit right next to me pretending to be primarily using the equipment when actually they have been sent or sent themselves to be the determinator of whether, and imprimatur of, "nihil obstat" of my library presence! They have one goal, prevent my computer and library information access.
Why do they indulge in such unlawful conduct? Because they believe that they have "arrived" and know what is best for all of us. Similar to some past royal governments and dictators. They even profess to be Christians, ironically. They believe people don't know how to determine what is best for themselves. They may even operate like that which was portrayed in the movie who's villan was the "Swarm" or the such as is found in the "Invasion of the Body Snatchers"! They want to take you over not just physically but also in your soul! They like to do it subtly so that by the time you realize it it is too late!
They have a form of Godliness but deny the power thereof! A quick tip off to this fraudulent claim of their omniscience is that they override the rights of others by edict of some apparent superior ability and morality! Many of them claim Christian Spirituality as their sounding board of authority but do so errantly due to the fact that scripture very clearly says that man sees through a glass darkly. That means that they don't know it all! Some of these types will be so arrogant to even try to predict the exact time Christ is to return! Another error on their part as scripture clearly states that NO man knows the time of Christ's coming!
So why am I stating these facts? Because when they interfere with my communications with you and my communications with the courts and with my preparations in business and litigiously, they try to take me over and shut me up! Why do they want to do this? Simply because they don't what the people to know the truth about their cover-ups and their conduct towards me!
My main pursuits in life have not been to uncover cover-ups, believe it or not! My pursuits have been to seek out lawful life, liberty and happiness. My oppressors don't believe that I should have those rights and thus interfere! The constitution of this country and state don't agree with them! They make up fictions about my character and spirit so that they can suppress the truth and the Truth in me!
So that I may prove my case I need the tools so that I can PRIVATELY prepare my case! As I stated earlier in my
"Interference Update and Urgent Request!", I need a notebook computer. In addition to the features I listed originally for that computer, it is imperative that it has a CD ROM capability either internally or externally. Internally would be the least bulky.
Why a CD ROM? Due to the fact that when I have been online on the Internet or on a network it has become apparent that critical files suddenly disappear! It is apparent that someone on the network is stealing or deleting and destroying the files right off my floppies! This file loss has been frequently devastating in time and informational loss.
Additionally, being on the road as I have been, carrying a couple of hundred Meg of floppies is very cumbersome and leaves my recorded work vulnerable to deterioration and data loss. It is clear that my circumstances have not immediately changed due to the fact that the politicos know that the longer I am out on the road with such media the sooner the media will deteriorate thus preventing me to effectively present my cases at law and chancery against them.
Recently an associate of mine in the business obtained a CD ROM writer. It enables him to take my floppies and record them directly to the CD and permanently imbed them on it. This CD compilation of my floppies on CD ROM enables me to eliminate the heavy load of several hundred floppies that I must carry with me every day. It eliminates the potential of any more files from being deleted and destroyed on my floppies by hackers and computer thieves. It also enables a faster access time of these files, which in turn speeds up my work.
Granted, CDs won't prevent theft of information but it will prevent my loss of it! It will prevent early loss due to deterioration on the road. I will be able to put as much as 700 Megabytes on one disk! Very light indeed!
So if you intend to help out in these grave circumstances please keep in mind that a CD ROM reader will be an important feature!
Let me underscore that a notebook computer will enable me to work when the libraries are closed, limits exceeded, libraries have become off limits, libraries are not properly equipped, or when others are using the computers. I would say that I have lost nearly a third to half of the time that I could be productive on the computers this last winter, spring and summer due to the fact that I cannot work when I need to do so! The more time I can spend on the computer the sooner I can get the research, inventories, web sites and legal preparations ready!
Your careful consideration of this need will be greatly appreciated! The sooner the assist is made, the better as time is of the essence!

UPDATE 9-13-2001 P.M.: TERRORISM....
The terrorism that we have seen in the beginning of this week is unparalleled. It shakes us to the core knowing that there is no really safe place to live and do business normally. It humbles the engineer and architect in their lofty accomplishments and sobers them to be vigilant as to better and safer construction of our homes and buildings. It also teaches them not to let out strategic information about what type of aircraft impact a building might withstand.
It is clear that the terrorist is listening, watching and learning all he can about our infrastructure. * They are among us. It is clear that the more specific we are, even at quasi-public engineering seminars as was held earlier this year, that the enemy is listening. When the engineer that designed the World Trade Center revealed the fact that the building could withstand the impact of a Boeing 707, he gave the "ball" game away to the terrorist* if he was listening. That information clearly could, though perhaps not deliberately, invite and show the way to the terrorist who realizes that the world now has bigger and heavier aircraft such as the Boeing 757 and 767 which clearly could overcome the engineering foresight incorporated in the building design of the World Trade Center in New York City. It behooves the professional community to be more careful not to give away its "trade secrets" of safety and security.
In the next few days, months and years I am going to be addressing ANOTHER kind of TERRORISM. A terrorism that is waged behind the scenes of the general public by certain private persons, politicos, religious zealots, cult Christians and the like, attorneys, "law enforcers" and government people, (the Joseph Goebels if you will), and Judges. I will continue to expose their methods of networking, lying, deceiving, and blowing up people's lives.
You got it, I will be continuing to show how they, even to this minute, are energized to do their dirty work and seize people's minds, hearts and souls. These terrorists, I am and will be talking about, blow up people's lives in a different way. I will enhance and crystallize the methods that these people have used in my life over the last thirty to forty years or so. It is clear that there is not just the terrorism of* Tuesday in New York that we have to be vigilant against but truly the insidious, diabolical and demonic terrorism that is sneakily overtaking the way we think, perceive, and live. It needs to be dealt a deathly blow at its core!
It is clear that these same people that are at work negatively in our domestic lives are clearly at the root of what causes other Nationals to do the evil against us that we experienced in New York City* Tuesday. The lying must stop!
These dark forces that plague more people than you might think have seriously hampered me. Nonetheless, I will,"pick and shovel" if you will, pursue these issues here so that others may be able to avoid the devastation that I have personally experienced and especially the denial of lawful life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. No doubt, these people will continue to kick me out of libraries, shelters, off computers and the Internet, out of stores, cities and counties so far,(like Saint Paul out of Damascus), certainly denying me my First Amendment Freedoms among others and destroy my hard earned work but I will persevere as Love has enabled thus far! They do not really support our U.S. Constitution and the Love that inspired it. As many of you know already, there are a lot of "candy coated" people out there...be careful!
Let me underscore that we must keep all of the oppressed in loving prayer and put "legs" to our prayers in each of these unique terrorist devastated experiences and thus successfully oppress the oppressor! We must seek to understand what these oppressors are really acting against and seek to neutralize that which instigates such hostilities (eliminating misinformation is a good start). Impressionable people are being manipulated! I believe that we must try to better understand the terrorist and seek to enlighten them as to the truth and expose those for what they are who knowingly misinform and instigate and criminally punish them.
Keep in mind what Albert Einstein, Time Magazine's "Person of the Century", said:
Military action or reaction should be the lowest priority on our list of solutions especially noting that innocent people will ultimately suffer even losing their lives, (is that not what happened in New York City* Tuesday?). Let us set the example! Military action is merely a stopgap placebo to dealing with the real and root cause. War, history shows, has a tendency to serve really only the rich and powerful as Einstein points out. World War I, II and Vietnam proved that and of course, World War I was the war to end all wars right?

UPDATE 10-13-2001 A.M.: HARASSMENT & DISRUPTION OF MY PRESENCE PENDING MONDAY!....
Dateline: 06:45 this Saturday morning: I am being harassed and disrupted by police and politicos. I have been told that I cannot park my bike or cart at the train station in this suburban community where it has not been custom or customary to make such enforcements. That if it is not removed by Monday morning it will be declared abandoned and removed by community service officers.
A certain Metra Ticket Agent who has harassed me over perhaps a period of ten years may have instigated this sudden 180-degree turn in attitude. He has been known to interfere with my commerce in using the trains in past years that directly contributed to my present business down turn
.
I informed this ticket agent that this issue of harassment would be going down to 219 South Dearborn which is to say the Federal Court House if it did not stop.
I have been led to believe that perhaps certain railroad political heavies and patrons are behind this harassment of my civil liberties.
I am being told that using the public restroom at the station is loitering! In spite of the fact that people often visit customarily the train station and its depot area for recreation, picture taking and railroad enthusiasts, my relatively short commuter hour presence is considered loitering.
These police, agents and "patrons" are with ulterior motive willfully and wantonly interfering with my commerce, free speech rights by trying to disrupt my convenient use of the public library and the rebuilding of and current business of my business and newspaper.
I have informed the police officer that if they indeed try to pull off this coup I will be taking it downtown to the Federal Court House under color of Title 42, Chapter 21, Section 1981 et.seq.
They may try to arrest me and gain illegal access to my personal and court records if they should confiscate my cart and bicycle packages. They may indeed try to indefinitely incarcerate me and abuse me as they did in November of 1998 when I was illegally imprisoned.
Another nearby community has apparently already illegally confiscated my bicycle and packages locked up there this last summer. There was no excuse as papers clearly identified my ownership. The community and police are also on notice that I consider this capture as theft!
Please keep close scrutiny of these happenings as if you do not hear from me each day via this medium in the next three days I will most likely have been illegally incarcerated in the county jail!
For those "patrons" and politicos at the train station that have instigated this coup attempt please keep in mind that I have been known to have very accurate photographic memory capabilities that has been known to be transferred onto paper in the form of drawings considerable amounts of time after the encounter. If you do not believe me, ask the Downers Grove, Lemont, Bolingbrook, Lockport, Romeoville, Crest Hill, Joliet police departments and the Illinois State Police District 5 as they all should have copy of my work! Just because I don't get you on film, as some of you are, does not mean that your faces will not appear on this web site for identification!!!!!!

UPDATE 10-15-2001 P.M.: UPDATE!....
I had no problem Sunday however, phone calls and e-mails sent to a patrol sergeant who was familiar with this scenario as early as last spring have not been returned. This seems to be the norm with a number of officers at this police department. I have given this particular sergeant a report on this scenario and background information. He notably had no objection to my presence at the train station last we talked.
I had no problems this morning using the restroom facility except for some suspect "patrons" attempting access to the restroom a number of times just before I was leaving. All attempts happened in less than three minutes time.
The argument of the officer Saturday was degrading of the length of time I use the restroom. My practice has been, irrespective of how long I have used the restroom, to make available the facility within five to ten minutes or less upon notice i.e.:usually jiggling the door handle. This has been considered by objective police as more than an acceptable amount of time within which to respond. It appears that these rapid intrusions happen just before a train pulls up. It is very suspect because there are facilities on the trains and thus little need to have immediate access as if there were not any facilities on the trains. It is highly suspect that these people have ulterior motives to make my low profile presence noticed or high profile for the purpose of implying that I am an impediment to normal flow at the station.
I have waited for "normal" patron individuals in excess of twenty minutes on occasion. I do not attempt to bang and jostle the door as these "normal" persons do me. They do not seem to or want to notice the example I set. One "patron" has been notably missing since certain accusations have been lodged at me.
I believe these instigations have been networked and often with newcomers at that!
I waited until about 10:45 AM this morning to surveil my property circumstances from neutral public property. Nothing happened even though twice community service officers appeared and when into the building. I will be checking perhaps late this afternoon or early evening to see if my property is missing. If it is I will be contacting those perpetrators. If I do not get some straight answers and a return of my property to its location, it appears I will have no choice but to file suit in Federal Court and seek injunctive relief. There is no excuse for this poor treatment thus far!
If you should not here from me daily, please suspect that I have been arrested but I may have been distracted by the events and thus not able to make a report.
It will be my most focused effort to make daily reports.

UPDATE 10-19-2001 P.M.: UPDATE!.... Police this morning threatened arrest if I did not vacate public property. I have notified supervisory levels at the police department and am standing by for nulification of the coersion fomented by a Metra Ticket Agent and politico "patrons" that may have been recruited into the situation to further aggravate my presence at the train station.
