You can mail Cloth Envelopes, just as you would any other. They have been US Postal Service approved.
You can print directly on the solid paterned Cloth Envelopes with a bubble jet printer, gel pen, felt pen, caligraghy pen or most any other pen. Cloth Envelopes which have a patterned print can be addressed using conventional labels, or you can mail them inside a vellum or cello outer envelope.
Cloth Envelopes are ... envelopes that get opened.
