hand downward;

Clasp Hands and say Moznaim
Face Southward and Shoot a Red Pentagram outward vibrating YOD. (Shin)
Giving sign of Horus,then the sign of Philosophs. The sign of Hoor-pa-Kaat. (Silence)
Turn Westward.
Shoot a Blue Pentagram and vibrate HEH (Mem).
Give the sign Horus and of Practisus and then sign of Silence.
Turn all the way around to the East,by passing the North.
Facing East Shoot a Yellow Pentagram and vibrate VAU(Aleph).
Then give the sign Horus and of Theoricus and sign of silence.
Turn clockwise to the North
Shoot a Green Pentagram and vibrate HEH(Tau).
and give the sign Horus and of Zealtor and sign of silence.
Now go on to the East and gave the Statement forming a Cross of Scales.
That is see your self as a Balanced set of Scales, your Right and Left Hand being the Cups.
The Statement.
Say-

Turn South Vibrate AB while giving the sign of the Enter

Turn all the way (clockwise) to the East Vibrate MH while giving the sign of the Enter
Turn clockwise all the way to the North and Vibrate BN while giving the sign of the Enter

Then Fling out your arms and say;
"For I AM The Balance of ALL
(or The Harmony of ALL)"

Notes on the 4 winds rite
The purpose of this rite is to impress upon the sphere,circle,aura,or whatever you wish to call it, the Four worlds and the Four elements, balancing all of them.
Yod= Fire-the Father, archetype of all things. call forth in a deep voice.
Atziluth the Archetypal World
Heh=water-the Mother Briah the Creative World, here orders from Atziluth are carried out.
This should be called out in a quite calm voice.
Vau=air- the Son,Yetzirah the formative world where angelic forces fashion and form prototypes of all things on the imaginative basis.
Called forth in a Deep voice.
Heh=earth-the Daughter Assiah the World of Action, here all forces become embodied.This should be called out in a quite calm voice.
Yod=head,Heh=arms,Vau=body,Heh=legs. Man the Body of God on Earth.
The Rite of the 4 Winds impresses all the elements as well as the 4 worlds, making one aware that all is God from the Highest to the Lowest.We live and move in the God-head. This Rite is designed to help bring down into the student the Divine, Creative energy that is every mans right.
The passage from the Book of the Law acts as The Element of Spirit, while at the same time consecrating the whole Rite and Student. (see Magick page 226-229)

As one can see YHVH doesn't correspond to the elements as does STMA, therefore when invoking elements only,it may be wise to use STMA formula. And using the YHVH formula for the 4 worlds and elements.
741 according to Sepher Sephiroth are the 4 letters of the elements, hence a concealed YHVH.
