Ruach-the personality-the"I",that which we are conscious of ourselves.
Memory,Will,Imagination,Desire and Reason.
Neschamah-the real Ego-that which transcends all the above and embraces them at the same time.
The Soul,the Supreme self.

Yechidah;-"Only One","Unique One" the Real Self.
This is the single point, the "Star" of man thats is born again and again to " take pleasure" among the living.
Chiah;-Will, creative impulse of the Original Point of View.it is a Ideal nature, the Vehcile of the Atma.
Some say the Third eye.
Neschamah;-Intuition, Understanding of the Will of the Monad.
Ruach;- The Intellect, indivdualized consciousness, the Self.
Nephesch -animal nature,"gross side of the spirit", the link between the Body,Guph, and the Intellect, Ruach.
Some say it's the Astral Body/Body of Light. It must be tamed and refined.
