Jessica sat on the front porch, she was anxiously awaiting Mike and their friend Scout to come. Jessica really wasn't up to seeing Scout tonight, but he was the first one Mike called when he got off the phone with her. Almost unwillingly she invited Mike, she didn't want to see him. Well, she did, but she knew it was going to feel weird with me being there and all. Only three people knew about Mike and her having sex, and those people would be in the room.
"Hey Jess." Zac stated in a whisper as he stepped onto the porch steps. "Waiting?" He questioned, making small talk.
"Mm, yea. Just waitin' on Mikey again."
"He's slow huh?"
"I could only wish." She whispered in reply, under her breath. Zac just glanced at her, he knew she had mumbled something, but was to busy fretting over the night's dinner with Davey to worry about her statement. He knew that Tay was in the house, but he hadn't seen Taylor yet, he only saw me, and bearly said anything to me. I sorta figured he was worried about his date, or worried about Taylor still being upset with him. Tay got over it, and Zac, deep down, knew it. "So who are you waiting for?" Jessica questioned her brother, several agonizing moments later.
"Davey. She's the new dude at the studio." He stated, placing his hands in his front pockets as he leaned back against the post. He wanted to look smooth when Davey showed up, so she wouldn't think he spent all day worrying about it. Which in fact, he had.
"I thought Davey was a guy?"
"Nah. Her name is Dave-Lee Triston," Zac paused, seeing a car turn the corner and pull up infront of the house. Jessica jumped up, quickly walking down the stairs. Zac instantly knew it wasn't Davey, 'cz Jess would have only sighed and gazed at him awkwardly.
"Zac, hey dude, how's it goin'?" He heard, his thoughts being interrupted rudely. Zac looked up, and he saw Scout, along with Mike and his sister. Jessica was small looking when she was with Mike, he had never seen her look so small and helpless around him before. Something changed, and Zachary knew better then to question it.
"Good, you?" Zac replied, his heart skipping a beat when his attention was turned to the sound of another car turning the corner and parking up into the drive-way.
"Hot date?" Mike laughed, his arm twisted tightly, protectively, around Jessica.
"Mm." Zac rolled his eyes, stepping down three steps to meet Davey and her sister. "Hey Davey."
"Zac Hanson?" A high voice questioned, and he found his eyes on a younger girl who was standing closely behind Davey. "You never told me you were dating a Hanson! Davey, what a devil!"
"You must be Janey." Zac said, reaching a hand out to greet her. She took his hand, squeezing it before she let go.
"Please excuse her," Davey said, "she's still got bubbles in her head from that two and a half hour bubble bath she took earlier." She directed her voice toward her sister, who stood there and giggled wildly. Oh what a night, Zac rolled his eyes, only so Davey could see him.
"I'm going in." Jessica said, taking Mike by the hands and pulling him inside.
"Yo, babe!" Scout called, and Zac felt outraged that he was saying it to Davey. "Janey, babe, I didn't know you were coming." Whew!
"Well, Davey said that a hot guy was going to be here, I didn't know she meant you." Janey giggled, taking Scout's hand and walking inside the house, slamming the door behind her.
"I told you." Davey said, her voice low and muttered. Zac smiled down at her, reaching down her arm to grab her hand. He never felt more of an urge to hold and kiss someone. Zac hadn't felt this way since his last love, Alyson Tripp, who no sooner after she entered his life, she left him. He was crushed, and he vowed he'd never feel for another girl, like that, every again. Well, he somewhat kept his word, he just slept with the first girl who pushed herself upon him just recently, and he almost wanted to take back that day. Anything wasn't worth everything that was happening in his mind at this moment, this glassy surface of emotions.
"It's alright, don't worry about it." he reassured her, pulling her up a couple of steps so she was standing one step below him. The distance between them had closed, and she could feel this breath against her nose.
"I'm really sorry..," he cut her off.
"Davey, don't be." he leaned down, and kissed her. Her mouth was warm and ready for him when he opened to her. They locked both of their hands into each other's, and she brought his hands behind her, so both their hands were resting on her lower arch. Unknowingly, his fingertips grazed the top of her black slip skirt, as Davey licked at his tongue slowly.
"Guys, dinner." Ike stepped onto the porch, calling from the doorway. They pulled away from each other, their bodies still entwined.
"That's the second time Ike, your really asking for it." Zac said. Isaac rolled his eyes, waving them to come in.
"I heard three times the charm." he replied. Davey laughed as Zac pulled her into the house, letting Ike have the honor of closing the door.

Two hours later, everyone was gathered around the table, select people picking at a large bowl of home made ice-cream. Taylor caught that trait from his mother, we all knew it, and yet no one but myself complimented him. Davey, however, is a quick learner and decided to follow suit.
"So Mikey, how was your night? And your weekend?" Janey asked, her mouth filled with whip-cream. It didn't bother her that she had been extremely rude to Mike, or Jessica all night, I sorta caught the fly. I only wish I wasn't the only one inching toward a conclusion among the three. Quietly, I sucked on my ice- cream slowly, letting it push its way through my lips and under my tongue. I rolled my eyes at Janey, handing a fragile sympathy smile toward Davey. Wow, sucks to be you, I wanted to say to her, but refrained.
"Um, fine. My weekend was fine. Very busy." he said, shaking somewhat. I smiled, wondering what he was thinking. I bet Janey liked to watch him squirm, he seemed to be good at it, seeing the fact he's been doing it all night. I only wish Jessica had enough sense to notice it. C'mon, it wasn't too obvious, now was it?
"Yeah, I noticed, what about you Jess? How was your Sunday night?" Janey butted. Everyone was silent, no one had enough guts to say anything, especially not Davey. Seems to me as if she doesn't even care that Janey is so...mean. Maybe she was used it by now?
"It was great. The heat wave totally made it great." Jessica replied coolly. She was probably the only one who didn't seem as if where they were was strangely accented.
"Wasn't it awesome?" I spoke, trying to stop this insanity that crept up my spine and into the back of my mind. Janey's head whip-lashed its way toward my direction, almost rolling.
"Mmm, especially last night, it was...so desire filled, wouldn't you say Mike?" Janey spoke, her eyes still turned on me as her head motioned toward Mike.
"Hey, Janey, that's enough." Davey spoke, her lips curled around her glass. She was sipping Sprite, slowly, as if she weren't careful, it would take her over entirely. As if she was afraid it would consume her. She always seemed to think things through, especially when around her sister.
"Dave, stay out of this." Mike said.
"Mike!" Jessica shot, her fingers curling around his wrist. Taylor and I exchanged glances, was I suppose to speak up? Tay, being the way he is, seemed to crawl into my mind, and shook his head, telling me not to speak a word into this. Why, I wanted to ask him, why.
"Jess," Mike pulled away, his body pushing itself against Isaac. I watched Ike, and all he did was tilt, away from cross-fire. Smart man, smart man. Mike squirmed, and got up. "Scout, can I talk to a moment?" he asked, his eyes framing at mine, and then darting between Janey and Jessica.
"Sure," Scout got up, pushing his seat back, "please excuse us." he said, taking his friend's life into his hands and pushing him through the kitchen door.
They stood in silence, and I wished they hadn't. I had good ears, so did Taylor, and I knew we were both, secretly, urning to know what was going on.
"Dude, she's doing it. She's screwing me over." Mike said, leaning back against the refrigerator, his hands running up his face gripping his hair. He was nervous, he knew this was a bad idea. Why hadn't he gone with his gut?
"Well, it's an eye for an eye deal here buddy." Scout lecturing, seeing he knew where Mike was last night. Mike had been at Janey's house, he had been getting it for a couple of days now, and it was only because he knew how much of an important step sex was with Jessica. I mean, he was starting to think maybe she was getting to attached to him, because she's been saying she loves him, a lot. It didn't make much sense to Mike, because he was in love with her, but he was only man, he has his flaws. Aren't they allowed atleast alittle big of new, crazy, wild, fun once in a while?
Mike glanced up, shocked at his best friend's comment.
"Don't joke, this isn't a joke. God knows what Janey is saying in there." he said, sighing heavily.

I sat, gazing at Jessica, wishing she'd look at me. It was only Ike, Taylor, Janey and I left at the table. Zac and Davey just dismissed themselves, Zac closing the space between their bodies very swiftly as they exited the dining room. They were getting up-close and personal, and I knew it. I think everyone else did too, but no one dare breathe a word of it.
"Gee, I hope everything is alright in there." Janey spoke, breaking the unbearable silence. I looked up, my eyes gazing at her from the captive position from beneath my bangs, and I wished I could allow Jessica to gaze from my point of view, safely tucked away. Jessica gazed up, her eyes piercing around the room. She tried her hardest to avoid Taylor and I, so I wasn't sure what she was thinking.
"Yeah, gee, I hope so too." she remarked, obviously upset.
"Jesus Jess, calm down." Janey said, smiling secretly. The sides of her innocent mouth twitched, and her eyes were sparkling with laughter. Maybe I wasn't the only one who noticed after all.
"Damnnit Janey, why do you always do this?" Jessica shot, her eyes finally releasing an angry red glow. I smiled, reaching for Taylor's hand under the table. I found it with no trouble, seeing his hand was on my knee. I squeezed his fingers tight, and he responded, wrapping me into his grasp, speaking out to me.
"What do I do?"
"I've known for the longest time Janey, but I never thought Mike would go and sleep with you. My god, I can't believe this is happening to me." she got up and walked out of the room, her hair whirling behind her dramatically. I started to get up, but Taylor pulled me down back into my seat.
"Stay here." he let go of my hand, and got up, approaching the kitchen. Janey didn't say anything, she just sat, her mouth clasped to a tinted blue glass. Her tongue could be seen making seductive circles against the glass, as if she was trying to seduce everything in her path. Well, hun, it wasn't working. Man, I so wanted to say something to her, but my anger was so spread throughout my body, all I could say was "Can you pass the bread?" and even with that she gave me a 'sexy' smile and tossed a piece at me.

Taylor shut the door, gazing past Scout and straight into the dull eyes of Mike. "She knows Mike, its pure as day." he said, he tried to remain calm. He knew Jessica was probably in a rampage in their library room, tossing things through her blurry sight, but there was nothing more but talk that he could do for her.
"Ohmigod," Mike gapped, he was so nervous, he was shaking, "is she alright?"
"I think you should go ask her, I mean, she's suppose to be the one your in love with right, even after you did sleep with Janey last night."
"Better Janey then Jessica." Mike said, knowing that he was trying to prove his point of trying to protect Jessica's heart and soul. Ha!
"Under certain situations." Taylor said, smiling at Scout. "Will you take Janey for the night for me Scout? I don't think anyone wants to look at her right now." Taylor was rarely, if ever mean, or rude, he had a big heart, but when Jessica walked out, he had no reason to hold back against Janey.
"Sure man, thanks for dinner." Scout replied, nodding his good-byes before he walked into the dining room to regain Janey into his arms.
"Where did she go?" Mike asked, his hands sliding their way into his pockets, as he stood up and began to pace anxiously. This was too much, too much at once.
"Love's not gone yet Mike, she's in the library. And tell her that man," Taylor said, turning to enter the dining room, "Good-luck." he whispered under his breath.

Davey looked up into his brown teddy-bear eyes. He was fragile and innocent in her arms, and she wished he could remain that way, even after he was grown up immensely in the past three years. She hadn't known him personally, but by magazines and television, she knew him unknowingly. If only he had known it.
"Thanks for tonight." she whispered against his neck. Janey and Scout just left, and they had finally regained their snuggled position on the front steps.
"Mm." Zac murmured in reply. You know when your stomach drops to your feet, and your elbows and knees tremble in anticipation, while your voice hoarses up? Ever get that? Feels good doesn't it? He slid his hands around her stomach and his fingertips grazed beneath her shirt. Her skin was smooth and new. It was new territory, no soon to be awry. Her body was warmed by his passion, and yet he felt goose bumps tremble upon her slender belly. Davey nudged at his face, and her lips trailed up his skin slowly before finally planted upon his mouth. She felt a thrill run through her body, and she instantly wanted much more of him. She wanted all of him, but would he want to? Was he ready? Was he even experienced?
"Zac..," she moaned against his tongue as it slowly rubbed against her mouth. "Are you ready for what," she was cut off, his tongue caressed hers roughly. It brought a new emotion over her, one she couldn't force away. "Zac," she giggled, pulling away from his mouth. She teased him alittle by lingering her lips over his as she prepared to overcome her passion just enough so she could speak. "Are you a virgin?" Her tone shot, shivering a chill up her spine as well as his.
"Mm." he replied, leaning forward connecting their mouths as he pushed her closer against his body. This was it, the final part of the love Davey has always dreamed of, but she only wished she could save herself, incase it wasn't going to work.
