"Steed is single minded- Emma sees double."

Trouble's afoot when mysterious foreign spy Colonel Psev arrives in London. Col. Psev plans on infiltrating an important conference. Col. Psev and his four aids devise a scheme- replace Steed with a double, Gordon Webster, a model.

They Leave: On a pair of horses.

Notes: Col. Psev is unseen and unheard by the audience. He likes using toy planes, and has sophisticated tastes in liqueur and cigars. Gordon Webster is a completely different character than Steed. He likes to call people "ducky" and has no morals.
