Submit your opinions below.The basic premise of the movie is that John Steed and Mother fear that there's nothing left to be done. Of course, enter the villain, Sir August DeWynter. Sir August has a major obsession with the weather. He's devised a way of controlling the weather and decides to blackmail England into paying him millions of pounds. Mother reports that Sir August has an accomplice, a certain young woman was videotaped destroying the Prospero Project lab. The young woman is presumed to be Dr. Emma Peel, a Prospero scientist. Steed is enlisted to find out what is really going on. Emma is given a rare priviledge, to prove her innocence. If she is found guilty, Steed must terminate her. They have 48 hours, oh dear. Madness insues.
