The OCTOFOIL WEB RING is offering a quarterly award for the best site in our web ring. Winners receive their choice of one of the coveted OCTOFOIL WEB RING banners shown below.

If you notice any site that is NOT in the Octofoil Web Ring displaying any of the above award banners, please report the site URL (location) to the webmaster immediately.
The Voting Rules:
Only the webmasters of the Octofoil Web Ring will vote for the winning web site for each quarter.
Only one (1) vote per webmaster will be allowed.
Webmasters may not vote for their own site.
In case the award is refused by the winning site, the next runner-up will be declaired the winner.
Only active OCTOFOIL Web Ring sites will be placed on the ballot.
Ballots will be created at 0:00 hrs on the 1st day of the month for the voting period months of March, June, September, and December and the ballot will be listed on the Vote page.
Octofoil Web Ring sites that have been suspended from the ring at the time the ballot is created will not be included on that ballot for that voting period.
Voting will end at 24:00 hrs on the last day of the above listed months.
This OCTOFOIL Web Ring site itself will not participate.
Previous winning sites are disqualified from further participation for one year.
By accepting the award, the winning web site agrees to the above terms.
All decisions made by the Ringmaster are final.
