The weeks dragged on until finally it was the night before the wedding.
"Aren't you having a bachelor party?" Chloe asked Isaac.
"Nah… I can have my own bachelor party here." Isaac smiled, wrapping his arms around Chloe.
"If Junior wants." Chloe pointed out, patting her stomach. It was already starting to puff out just a little. Nothing noticeable, just to Isaac and herself.
"Junior, Daddy wants a bachelor party… You hear that?" Isaac cupped his hands over her stomach.
Chloe pretended to look thoughtful for a while, then nodded. "He agrees."
"Good then." Isaac hugged her a little tighter, kissing her neck. "Do you realize that you've never slept in your own bed?"
Chloe grinned. "You know, we can change that tonight."
Isaac looked at her oddly. "You mean you're going to sleep in your own bed? Alone?"
"No. Think. Slept. I've never slept in my bed… We can change that." Chloe smiled, looking up towards Isaac. A smile appeared on his face, and then he picked her up.
"Deal." He started kissing her while he walked to her room, just a few feet away. He laid her down on the bed, then kneeled above her, still kissing her.
"You know what?" Isaac asked, pausing for a moment.
"What?" Chloe smiled
"This bed's too small." Isaac frowned.
"Good." Chloe smiled, pulling Isaac back down towards her.
Once their little duet was over, Isaac laid back down, breathing heavily. "That was good."
"Hey, there's 2 of us, you know." Chloe smiled, rolling over closer to Isaac, kissing him softly.
"Just the three of us…" Isaac smiled, kissing Chloe back.
The next morning, around 7, someone started knocking on the door.
"Umm… I don't have my robe." Isaac pointed out.
"I'll get it." Chloe quickly got up and threw on her robe, muttering profanities toward the person on their front doorstep.
Chloe opened the door, revealing Taylor. "Hey Tay."
"Hey Chloe. Was I interrupting something?" he asked, stepping in and looking around. "Never mind." He wrinkled his nose. "Smells like sex and… No, it doesn't smell like candy."
Chloe rolled her eyes. "Whatever, I always hated that song."
"Anyways, I take it that Lila isn't here and that I DID interrupt something?" Taylor asked.
"Hey, in 12 hours I'm going to be a married woman. I'm allowed to have one more night of freedom." Chloe winked, while Taylor groaned.
"I did NOT need to know about your bedroom habits."
"Neither did I… Apparently, I'm out of it half the time." Chloe rolled her eyes. "Wait, you weren't supposed to know that…"
Taylor arched an eyebrow. "Ok, whatever… Can I talk to Ike?"
"Sure. Let me get his robe really quick. Unless you want to go in there and see… Wait…." Chloe looked confused for a moment, then dashed into Isaac's room for his robe, then dashed back down the hall, bringing it to him.
"Taylor's here." Chloe explained, tossing Isaac his robe. "I'm going back to bed." She flopped back in where Isaac had just gotten out of, barely missing him.
"Hey Taylor." Isaac said, walking into the living room where Taylor was sitting down.
"Hey Ike. Excited?" Taylor asked.
"Nah. All this means is that we're legally married. We already act like it." Isaac grinned.
"You know what the press started printing a few days ago?" Taylor asked.
"What?"
"A story about Chloe being pregnant… Again. Isn't that hilarious?" Taylor started grinning, while Isaac's face suddenly turned pale.
"Umm, no one's believing it, right?" Isaac asked.
"Nah. At least no one in our family." Taylor grinned. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing… Ok, wedding starts at 1:30. That means I have 3 more hours to sleep, then I can get up." Isaac calculated.
"Not if you want Mom on your tail. She's expecting you two at 11." Taylor explained. Isaac rolled his eyes.
"What, did she hire make up artists?" he asked.
"I think so, actually…" Taylor said, standing up. "I'd better let you two get back to sleep… Or whatever you're doing." Taylor winked, then left.
Isaac sighed, then walked back into Chloe's room. "Do you think I should turn this into a nursery?"
Chloe shook her head. "Nah. All we need to do is get a crib, which we can probably borrow from your mother."
"True…" Isaac said thoughtfully. "I just realized something. We're going to go on tour right after Zac and Kendall are married… You're going to be, what, 5 or 6 months pregnant? How are we going to do that?" he asked.
"Easily. I'll go on tour with you, until I feel like I can't take any more travelling. Then I'll just come back home, have the baby, and go right back on tour again." Chloe solved the problem.
"But then I won't be with you when you have it." Ike told her.
"So?" Chloe looked up into his eyes.
"Well, this time I want to be there for you when you have the baby. Not like last time when I didn't even know I had a child." Ike smiled.
"But you'll have to stop touring for a while." Chloe pointed out.
"So? I said I'd make certain sacrifices, and I will." Isaac said, sitting down and wrapping his arms around Chloe.
"But…" Chloe started, when Isaac put his finger up against her lips to quiet her.
"No but's about it. You're going to be my wife, and I do believe the line is 'Til death do us part'? I mean that." Isaac said.
"Fine, ya big ol' lug. Now come on… We still need to eat breakfast and get dressed." Chloe pointed out.
"But we have 6 hours…" Isaac mumbled.
"Fine. 20 more minutes." Chloe rolled over, her back facing Isaac.
"Come on… Once more?" Isaac pleaded. Chloe shook her head.
"You're gonna have all night tonight." Chloe pointed out.
"Yeah, but…" Isaac pleaded. .
"No buts. I already have one and I don't need another." Chloe said, closing her eyes.
An hour later, she woke up to the sound of the garbage truck outside her window. She took one look at the clock and gasped
"Crap Isaac! We slept in…" she shook him awake, and then he grinned.
"We have 5 hours." Isaac said, then slowly stretched. "Plenty of time."
"Ok, but please get dressed now…" Chloe sighed, getting up and not bothering to put her robe on. Isaac laid back down, and Chloe felt his eyes upon her.
"Uhh, Ike?" she asked.
"Yeah?"
"Don't get a mental picture. It might be a little embarrassing at the wedding." Chloe winked, throwing her clothes on quickly.
"Yeah, whatever…" Isaac mumbled.
It took a few minutes, but Chloe finally convinced Isaac to get up and get dressed. Once he was ready, Isaac cooked up breakfast, and the two ate hungrily.
"Are you ready to go to Mom's and Dad's?" Isaac asked when 10:30 rolled around.
"More ready then I'll ever be. Say buh bye to the house as a single man." Chloe grinned as Isaac rolled his eyes.
"Come on. Now that you put it that way, I can't wait to get out of here." Isaac grabbed Chloe's arm and almost dragged her out of the house.
Once at the Hanson's, they had a hard time finding a place to park. The whole street was filled with cars from catering, chair rental, the minister, and various Hanson siblings that decided to come early.
"Jeez…" Isaac groaned, parking a few houses down. "I hope the press doesn't get a hold of this."
"If they do, I don't give a flying…" just then, Chloe was interrupted by Mrs. Hanson.
"Isaac! Chloe! Right on time!" she gave them each a small hug, then lead them into the house.
"Isaac, you're going to get ready in your old room, and Chloe, you're going to get ready in my room." They walked up the stairs, then parted. Chloe walked into the large, bright room where a makeup artist sat, reading a book.
"Jen, she's here." Mrs. Hanson said. The girl looked up, then smiled.
"Hello. My name's Jen, and I want you to put your dress on first." Jen smiled.
"There's a bathroom right in that way." Mrs. Hanson handed Chloe her dress, then pointed out a door. Chloe quickly changed into the dress, then spun around once for Mrs. Hanson.
"You look as cute as a button." She smiled. Jen sat her down and covered her dress up with a bib-like object. She then started powdering Chloe's face, instructing her to close her eyes.
Over an hour later, Chloe was allowed to look in the mirror. She smiled at the sight of herself. Jen had somehow managed to keep Chloe's natural look going, but covered up all of her flaws.
"Do you like?" Jen asked. Chloe turned around and smiled. "I take that as a yes."
"Oh, you look just adorable!" Mrs. Hanson grinned. "It's just about time for all of the guests to be seated. While you were up here, almost everyone arrived."
"Cool. So the show starts in 15 minutes?" Chloe asked.
"Yep. You're not allowed to see Isaac, however. He's going to be placed next to the minister, then you're allowed to come down." Mrs. Hanson explained.
"Ok… Wow, the yard looks awesome!" Chloe smiled as she looked out of the window down to all of the guests. There was only around 40 or so, but still, to Chloe it looked like a ton.
Ten minutes passed by quickly, and soon it was time for Chloe to her place behind the door that lead out into the yard.
Once she was down there, she could barely see Isaac. 'He looks so happy', Chloe thought.
All at once, the organ music started playing, played by Taylor himself. Chloe giggled softly at the thought, then proceeded to walk down the aisle.
Once she had gone past the first few rows, the whole crowd stood up. Isaac slowly turned around, exposing a grin the size of Montana on his face.
Chloe felt like it was all a dream, yet so real. Once she reached Isaac, Taylor stopped playing, taking his seat in the first row.
"Dearly Beloved…" the minister started. Chloe barely heard a word he said. She was too busy looking at Isaac's face, trying to remember every little detail about him
"Do you, Clarke Isaac Hanson, take Chloe Marie Ouellette to be your lawful wedded wife?"
Isaac nodded his head, his eyes dancing, "I do."
"And do you, Chloe Marie Ouellette, take Clarke Isaac Hanson to be your lawful wedded husband?"
Chloe smiled. "I do."
Isaac took her hand and slipped a ring over the engagement ring. Chloe did the same with Isaac, her eyes shinning.
"I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." Isaac lifted Chloe's veil, revealing her wide smiled.
"I love you." He mouthed.
"I love you too." Chloe worded back. Isaac placed his lips upon hers, and she felt a shiver run down her spine. The kiss lasted for just a moment, but to Chloe it lasted forever.
Once the two parted, the crowd cheered and the couple ran down the aisle and into the house.
"Hey kids! The party's ready to roll!" one of the caterers announced. People started to file into their living room, congratulating the couple as they reached them.
Once the guests had had their fill and left, Chloe sat down next to Isaac, exhausted.
"Shall we tell them?" she asked. Isaac nodded his head.
"Just a sec… I made a promise a long time ago…" Chloe got up to find Kendall, who was in the kitchen.
"Hey girl." Chloe grinned.
"Hey Clo! Great wedding." Kendall grinned, looking down at her brides-maids dress
"Thanks. Ok, I want to tell you something really quick…" Chloe said, sitting down.
"Shoot." Kendall said.
"I'm two and a half months pregnant." Chloe grinned, seeing Kendall's mouth drop open.
"Whoa, you spring this on me now?"
"Yeah… Don't tell anyone else yet, ok?" Chloe said.
"Ok."
Chloe got back up and walked over to Isaac.
"Mom! Dad! Zac! Tay! Jess! Zoe! Mack! Avie! Kendall! Come here!" Isaac yelled.
Nine pairs of feet suddenly came running from different corners of the house, and a minutes later, everyone had gathered in the living room.
"What's up Ike?" Mr. Hanson asked.
"We have something that we ant to announce." Isaac said. Chloe shot a sidelong glance towards Kendall, who was smiling and giving her a thumbs up.
"I'm a 2 ½ months pregnant." Chloe said, smiling.
"Two kids and you weren't even married?" Jessica rolled her eyes.
"Yes Jess…" Isaac rolled his eyes.
"Wow, Ike, Chloe… I get another grandchild?" Mr. Hanson smiled, hugging Lila who he was holding.
"Congrats you guys!" Zac grinned.
"I thought you look a little tight in that dress…" Mrs. Hanson smiled, giving Chloe a warm hug.
"And you didn't TELL me?!" Taylor grinned.
"Does this mean I'm going to be an uncle?" Mackie asked.
"You already are, short stuff." Zac ruffled his hair.
The next few months were filled with doctor appointments, wedding plans, and Isaac's increasing worry for Chloe.
"Honey, you really should be carrying that…" Isaac grabbed a gallon milk carton from his wife. It was the day before Kendall and Zac's wedding. Zac was having a bachelor party at Isaac's house, so Chloe and Lila were escaping to Zac and Kendall's house for the night.
"Isaac… Come on. I was carrying heavy boxes when I was pregnant with Lila." Chloe insisted. Still Isaac didn't allow her to carry anything over 2 lbs, even though he knew she already was (The baby). He insisted on carrying Lila, groceries, and everything else you could think of.
"So, I still don't want to take any chances." Isaac told her grinning.
"Well, I have to leave to Kendall's in a couple minutes. Kendall's going to kill you if you hired strippers!" Chloe laughed.
"I'm not saying anything about the bachelor party. You didn't about hers. Wasn't that a week ago?" Isaac picked up his daughter and gave her a chocolate chip cookie.
"I'll force it out of you after their wedding." Chloe smiled sweetly.
"Oh you think so do you?" Ike said, raising an eyebrow.
"Yep." She kissed his cheek and grabbed the milk carton out of his hand and poured herself a glass of milk.
"And how do you plan to do that?" Ike asked her.
"Trust me. I have my ways." Chloe smiled devilishly and walked out of the room.
Later that night, Chloe got Kendall to show her the wedding dress. It was a low cut, long sleeved, fluffy, sparkly, and white with a white-rosed bouquet she would hold.
"Ohmigod, it's beautiful!" Chloe grinned.
"Yeah… It took me weeks to pick it out." Kendall said. The two had planned a fairy-tale wedding, with 5 bridesmaids. Kendall had to talk Chloe into being her Maid of Honor, and Jessica, Avery, Randi, Megan (her cousin), and Lori (a friend of hers), were going to be the brides maids. Zoë and Lila were going to be flower girls, Isaac was going to be the Best Man since Zac knew that Chloe wouldn't allow anyone else to walk her back down the aisle. Neither would Isaac, for that matter… Mr. Hanson was going to give Kendall away, Mackie was going to be the ring bearer, and Taylor had agreed to play the organ. He mumbled a few things about not starting a family tradition, but after the look from Zac, he shut his mouth.
The girls spent the rest of the night talking about the wedding and the baby. Chloe was hoping that she'd have another girl, while Isaac wanted a name sake.
Zac came home around 2, along with Isaac to pick up Chloe and Lila. She asked how to party went, but Isaac didn't answer.
"Fine. Man, once we get home, I'm going to sleep…" Chloe smiled, leaning her head against the door and rubbing her now swollen belly.
The next day, 2 minutes before the wedding was supposed to start, Mrs. Hanson lined up all of the bridesmaids as Zac, Isaac, Mr. Hanson, and Mackie went out to where the priest was now standing.
Taylor played the first few chords of funeral music quickly, making sure the organ worked. Or, at least that's what he said when Zac asked him about it later.
Once Taylor started playing the right song, Mrs. Hanson gently pushed her child and grandchild out into the aisle, one on each side. The bridesmaids followed, with Randi starting and Lori ending. Then Chloe walked out, leaving Kendall. She took a deep breath, then stepped out into the large church room with Mr. Hanson, arm-in-arm.
"I wish my parents could have been here to see this." Kendall whispered to Mr. Hanson.
" They would have been very proud and I know your dad most of all, for walking you down the isle." Mr. Hanson whispered back.
"Yeah. I wish he was here to walk me down the isle. Thank you for doing it though. You've always been like a second father to me." K smiled as they started walking down the isle.
Everyone was standing up, and Kendall didn't realize she was holding her breath until she made it to the priest in one piece.
"Dearly Beloved…" the priest began. Chloe watched Kendall and Zac just stare at each other as the priest kept on talking.
"Zachary Walker Hanson, do you take Kendall Anne Gordon to be your lawful wedded wife, to have and to hold, to love and to cherish, in sickness and in health, as long as you both shall live?" Zac looked at Kendall, then smiled.
"I do." He slipped the ring that Mackie had given to him onto Kendall's finger.
"And do you, Kendall Anne Gordon…" the priest said. Kendall kept her gaze on Zac the whole time.
"I do." She slipped Zac's ring onto his finger.
"Now, under the heart of God and permission of St. Marie's Church, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." Zac lifted Kendall's huge veil and looked at her for a moment before connecting his lips with her own.
After the two broke apart, Mackie took Lila and Zoë by the hand and led them out, with the bridesmaids following. Isaac smiled then took Chloe's arm and led her out. Then Kendall and Zac linked arms and ran down the aisle. The line outside had formed, and when the couple got outside, everyone threw flower petals towards them.
In a few short moments, the two were in a limousine travelling back to their new home that had just recently bought.
The two went to Jamaica the next morning, leaving Isaac and Taylor to deal with the tour.
"Ok, we have all of the stops down, now we need to know who goes in which bus. 4 buses, right?" Taylor asked.
"Yeah. Two for the roadies and crew, then one for you, Zac, and Kendall, then the last one for Chloe, Lila, myself, and the new baby." Isaac said.
"You guys get a whole bus to yourself?" Taylor gasped.
"Yeah. Think about it, Tay. Pregnant woman… 4 going on 5 year old child, me, new baby after a few months… Would you rather be in a bus with us or Zac and Kendall?" Isaac rolled his eyes.
"Hmm. If they get all lovey dovey, I'm moving into your bus." Taylor declared.
"Fine. But after a night of nightmares, cravings, and complaining you'll quickly change your mind." Isaac grinned.
"When do Zac and Kendall get back from their honeymoon anyway?" Taylor asked.
"Couple days. Just before we leave." Isaac yawned.
"That's weird. My younger brother getting married before I do. I can understand my older brother getting married before me, but not my younger." Tay smiled.
"Hey, no one knew that he would turn out to be a romantic, like me." Isaac smiled and walked out of the room.
"Or a pigheaded egomaniastic!" Taylor yelled past him.
"That was cruel!" he yelled back.
For the rest of the week, Isaac almost didn't live in his own house, he was gone so many hours out of the day. The only time he was home was in the late hours of the night. He crawled into bed next to Chloe, and feel asleep on impact. By the time Chloe woke up in the morning, he was usually already gone.
"You're working yourself too hard." Chloe had said.
"No, I'm not. This is how it usually is before each tour. This one just happens to be a little worse because Zac isn't here." Isaac had explained.
By the time Saturday rolled around and Zac and Kendall were going to be back, Chloe was close to forcing Isaac to sleep in a little more.
Chloe, Taylor, and Isaac met them at the airport, and anyone who saw them would say that they were positively glowing.
"Man that was great!" Zac smiled, his arm draped over Kendall's shoulder.
"I'm sure, Zac." Taylor grinned.
"Hey where are the bodyguards?" Zac asked, looking around.
"I dunno. They're following us, as usual." Isaac answered, looking behind him.
"I hate it when Mom and Dad do that." Zac rolled his eyes.
"Are you ready to go yet?" Kendall asked.
"Yep." Taylor answered. The five quickly grabbed their bags and left with only a few odd glances.
The next morning, Isaac shook Chloe awake around 6:30 am.
"Hey… We're supposed to be at Mom and Dad's around 7:15." Isaac whispered.
"Why so early?" Chloe whined.
"Because we have a concert tomorrow in Little Rock." Isaac kissed his wife on the cheek.
"Fine. Do me a favor and get your daughter up." Chloe sighed. Isaac almost laughed at the sight of Chloe not wanting to get up, but he held it.
"Fine. If you want to take a shower, I already did." Isaac said, getting up. It was then that Chloe noticed that he was dressed for a day on a bus.
"Why did you get up so early?"
"Because I thought that you wouldn't get up without a little coaxing, and I was right." Isaac grinned, then left the room.
45 minutes later, they pulled into the driveway of the Hanson's, where there were 3 tour buses parked.
Isaac spotted his mother, then waved to her. She saw hi, then ran over to him.
"Ike, we have a problem. We only have 3 buses… The last one happened to break down last night." Mrs. Hanson rolled her eyes.
"Well at least we weren't in it… Ummm… I guess then the band will have to share a bus." Isaac shrugged.
"But that's, what, 4 people, a little girl, and a pregnant woman?"
Chloe shot Mrs. Hanson a funny look, then sat down on the grass. "I am not a hormone charged woman. I'm a tired person right now, and I don't care if we have to share a bus, as long as everyone likes the idea of a screaming, crying baby at 2 am." Chloe said, laying back on the grass.
"Fine with me." Isaac shrugged.
"Well, you have to deal with one any ways!" Chloe smiled.
"Ok… Oh, here's Zac and Kendall…" Isaac ran over to his brother and told them the situation.
Chloe could hear a loud "WHAT?!" over the roar of the buses. She sighed then got up without much of a struggle. She walked over to where Zac was staring at Isaac disbelieving.
"Chloe!" Kendall waved to Chloe, then ran to give her a hug. "How are things?"
"I'm tired, Lila's asleep in the car, but that's about it. I'm guessing Isaac told you we have to share a bus?" Chloe answered.
"Got that right. I don't mind, but Zac was muttering something about lack of sex. I don't know!" Kendall grinned.
"You would think… Never mind." Chloe sighed. Just then, Taylor's car pulled up and he ran out of it, carrying a huge suitcase with him.
"It's TOUR TIME!" he yelled, grinning and running over to where the little group had formed.
"Guess what Tay." Zac said.
"What?"
"Count the buses."
Taylor looked puzzled for a moment, then started laughing.
"You're kidding, right?"
Isaac shook his head. "Nope. 6 people, soon to be 7, crammed into a VERY small living space."
Taylor looked at Isaac for a little bit, then shrugged. "Cool. Pajama party."
Chloe started laughing, along with Kendall. "You three WISH." Chloe grinned.
"Well, wishes come true, don't they?" Isaac shrugged.
"Ok guys! Time to load the buses!" Mr. Hanson yelled. He was coming, along with Mackie, on one of the other two buses, to video tape the concerts.
"Fine. Which one's ours?" Isaac yelled back.
Mr. Hanson pointed to the blue bus, and Taylor grabbed his stuff and walked towards the bus.
"I'll get the stuff." Isaac said, pushing Chloe gently towards the bus.
"I'm fat, not incapable." Chloe shot back, walking towards the car.
"Fine. You get Lila, and I'll get the bags." Isaac bargained. Chloe nodded, knowing that she wasn't going to be able to carry anything if Isaac had anything to do with it.
Ten minutes later, the group was waving goodbye to Mrs. Hanson and Jessica, who had woken up for the good-byes.
"On the road again…" Taylor sang, sitting down at the small table.
"Where are the beds? I'm going to get a little shut eye." Chloe asked. Isaac pointed to another room, which wasn't bigger then a small hallway. On either side were beds, much like the ones in the 'Road to Albertane'.
"We grew out of these beds! They're too small. Avery barely even fits into them now." Zac whined.
"Aww too bad." Kendall laughed. "Well you'll be sleeping in one for the next 6 months, so get used to it."
"We have a couple hotels spots, too." Taylor pointed out.
"Thank god!" Zac and Isaac breathed a sigh of relief.
"Oh my god. Isaac, we already have 2. We DON'T need another." Chloe rolled her eyes.
"Nasty, nasty boys'." Kendall whispered to Chloe, then they both walked to their bunk, laughing.
Chloe was awakened by a slight movement in her stomach. She put her hand over her belly and felt the baby kicking. It was faint, yet it made her giggle.
"Hey Ike!" she called.
Isaac walked into the hallway, then kneeled down to where her bed was. She had a lower bed, in case of bumps and she fell out so it wouldn't hurt her at all. Isaac remember this happening to him all the time, so he made her take that bunk.
"Yeah?" he asked. Chloe took a hold of his hand, then pressed it up against her belly. Isaac started smiling, then he looked at her face.
"He's kicking."
